Zivame, the clothing's are bit expensive. They do have fair enough collection. The staffs are helpful. There are many competitors for zivame, hence they have to be little liberal in cost and offering discounts to customers to attract. The transportation facilities are good and evening junk foods are local attraction near-by.

Nice collection. You can buy it after trial. But, they will try to increase the bill amount by giving lots of offers. They will tell you about many many offers and make the bill amount high. For example, if your budget is 2000 they will make the bill amount minimum of 5000. One thing was very weird. After selecting a few products, before doing the final billing they told me how much the total amount will be. And I didn't have that much cash with me. So, I was just going to ask my husband for the cash, who was waiting in front of the shop outside. The sales representative told me, "Ma'am you can not go outside, ask your husband to come inside and pay ". I felt that they were thinking that I am leaving without buying the products. It's like if you enter the shop, they will not leave you without purchasing anything 😀.

The staff was really friendly and gave me proper guidance and professional suggessions perfectly for my size. The quality of the material is A1. Also i cannot forget to mention the comfortness you feel after wearing your perfect fit. Had a good experience here. Highly recommended 👍

Rude and stupid staff. When I entered the lady was over joyous but when the product didn’t fit properly she started behaving rudely and saying it’s “good only” and kind of forcing. Once before also I have visited the store and same attitude I faced. A lady named Geetha who didn’t even understand what kind of fit a customer wants just started making faces when we didn’t do any purchase. A terrible experience.

Great service from Kavitha, extremely helpful, cheerful and non judgmental. I was made to feel like a valued customer. She applied some coupons to get me some discounts and a free perfume. The other sales associate was great too, but I didn’t catch her name. They told that I can call her if I need any pattern and will get it home delivered too. Staff like them make Zivame good. Thank you! :)

Very bad Why the hell is such a big price difference online and offline You can't change lingerie on weekends, if you go there to change they won't, because they run out of other options it seems. The sales lady seems to be very smart ! One star less for the lady.

Disgusting. I had bought some of the clothes, but while billing the manager had told me she would give a cream for free.. And trusted her and bought it home. When I actually looked at the bill, she had considered that cream which I never wanted. So I would suggest everyone to check the bill before you pay..

Extremely rude behaviour of the staff, they are misguiding on the offer and sale. They neither guided me well nor helped me with the sizes. This Jayanagar Zivame store cheated me. They claimed that an offer of buy 5 get 3 more free applies only if I purchase 5 products. But the same product is available for 50% off online , which I was not aware of. Also, there was SOS sale going on, so every product had upto 60% discount but they astray me saying I have to compulsorily buy 5 products minimum which was not required at all. They were doing the calculation 100 times and talking very slowly with each other on how to make this customer foolish. Very bad experience

Products are very expensive and staff kinda compel you to buy. You could avail better discounts on their official website rather than instore.

The sales guys are in a hurry to sell and send away the customers!! Got 5 of them and none of them don’t fit properly post purchase! They don’t even let you understand if it’s actually suiting your requirements!! Waste of 6k !!

Very pricey compared to other branded stores

The store definitely has a lot of options that you can try and buy. The experts at the store help you find the right fit based on your needs. Ms. Taj at the Jayanagar store patiently helped me and my friend with our purchase and gave us great inputs. She also gave us the best deal and offers. It is slightly on the expensive side but I believe it has a good value for money.

The zivame store cheated me. They claimed that an offer of buy 5 get 3 more free applies only if I purchase 5 products , but infact, the same product is available for 50% off online , which I was not aware of. They just made me purchase more products by misleading me. I paid 2k extra. The bill also is not reflecting the discount or the free products , they are displaying the discount on all products. I would not recommend anyone to visit this store.

Products are any day the best and worthy. The staff are very friendly, patient and flexible specially kavitha, Nishanthi and Sangeetha..so go for it. I'm a always happy shopping there.

Neshanthi , Kavitha and Taj amazing staff in customer service…!!😇 But disappointed with packing. They dint have a carry bag gave almost 15 qty purchase in brown paper bag. Been a regular Customer since 5 yrs initially you had lovely butterpaper packing with bags . Request the management to look into it seriously…!!

Nice store. But I didn't have a good experience. The executive in the store helped me figure out the best fit for me but since it was not available in the store, she asked me to order it online. When I recieved the product, it turned out too big. I returned and my money was returned in the form of wallet on their website. Was forced to buy other stuff just to use the money.

The shop employees did not attend . Even though there were 3 people. They didn't bother to attend but kept focusing only on one particular customer where the shop was empty when I went. While I left after checking they then asked what happened. Anyway. They need to be recognised as the store Sales people...how would someone know if they're customer or store employee ?

Lot of variety, good shop assistants... There were offers in the shop on certain products, either buy 3 and get 3 free or a combo where price is reduced. So got at reduced rates.

Loved the experience and the way the staff cooperates and not every product you see on the app is available in the store and some of the varieties are unavailable in my size which did disappoint me a bit but the overall experience just canceled it

But to buy any product in Zivame, I would recommend you all to buy in online as all options available in online are not available in store....they promote only Zivame brand even though online store suggests all brands like enamor, amante jockey etc...... My personal suggestion is if u know theproduct and accurate size please buy online as there are many options when compared to store
