This hospital is nearby with lot of experienced and qualified Doctors with great experience I meat an accident and I stayed 5 days in hospital here and Doctors/nurses and management were polite and caring which gives us home stay feel and the cost is also less frm the accountant . Rooms are well maintained and cleaned frequently. Hospital food is also good. Any issues that we face during stay is sorted by concerned people when it's brought to their attention. Thank you . Visited this hospital for my sister's delivery. Excellent hospital with very good services..nurses are very professional. Pricing is also reasonable. We had opted a suite room which is on the 2nd floor.Rooms and bathrooms are being cleaned twice daily. All the services were very good also a friendly receptionist..

I had an appointment with Dr. Sudhir M. Naik ENT specialist at 7:30p.m. I called to check and confirm the appointment at 7:25, the receptionist mentioned doctor is on the way and the appointment is confirm. Reached there by 7:35, I asked the first question if the doctor has arrived or not, the same receptionist mentioned yes, and asked me to wait after taking the consultation fee from me. It was taking long so at 8:15 I just checked with the lady how long it will take, she mentioned doctor is visiting another patience and will call be shortly. When I enquired again at 8:40, the receptionist started talking with another staff in local language..and told me she is calling the doctor. After the call she informed to me the doctor is not available. I waited there an hour, paid for my visit, and after an hour when I enquired for the 3rd time, they informed doctor is not available. How dare the receptionist kept lying on a patient face. Once I asked to talk to her manager, she said manager not available, however after few minutes only one of the managing partner, who claimed to be a doctor and one of the owner of the hospital came, even he was less bothered about the situation, and explained..this is just a miscommunication. Being a doctor, he supported his staff, who continuously lied to my face about the availability of the booked doctor. They just wanted to refund the money and get rid of the situation. This is absolutely unacceptable. Probably one bad review will not harm anything to this company..atleast people who will read can be aware.

Visited E City Hospital for complete health checkup, the experience was smooth and hassle free. It just took half day for all the tests along with the consultation, the staff was extremely helpful. For some emergency we had to go to this hospital. Before going I had inputs that this hospital charges very heavily. For putting 2 stitch on my son's wound they charged a total of 2600. They will suggest many tests for small issues by taking the advantage of the situation. I cross checked with many of my medical friends and they based on the symptoms asked me to refrain from these tests. One of my apartment resident got a bill of 180000 for hospitalization of 7 days. His case was moderate.

An accident involved broken toes and from a medical point of view, it was excellent. Dr. Bharath, ortho did the surgery. However, the rest of the aspects is very poor Medical Attention:4/5 Housekeeping:0/5 (the room has cockroaches and it needed multiple reminders to the staff to spray ); leaking commode and a wet bathroom floor... Ambience:0/5 - the nurses are so loud in their personal chatter..had to remind them to be quiet as the patient is trying to sleep. Insurance/Documentation: 0/5, Multiple follow up for hospital registration certificate and a callous attitude by the supervisor too. No point in escalation. The front desk is of no help. Special mention to Naveena for making sure discharge documents and billing went smooth.

Worst experience ever we had over here. If you have an emergency room then make sure the doctor is also available. We visited the hospital at 3 due to sever vomitting and weakness. The doctor available for night duty on 15th March 3 Am was not at all responsible. The reception guy came and called the doctor thrice from his room and still the doctor did not come out. We could hear him snoring there. We had to leave and go to another hospital. Please do not trust thier emergency service at night.

Doctors are so lovable and the way they treat customers are awesome. The only limitations are the process of handling the things. Pharmacy staff is rude in behaviour and he doesn't want to solve the issue of patient. Overall to clear my accounts manager has involved, this was their service.

I booked an ENT doctor appointment ..our appointment time was 7.30 pm ..we reached the hospital ontime and waited along with my wife for almost 45 mins ...when we approached the receptionist , she keep on telling us that doctor is on the way ..i must say that neither doctor nor the management know what is punctuality means , they do not care who is waiting for whom on the hall ... . Don't go for child emergency if pediatrician is not available, they know nothing and they won't listen to you , they will quickly take blood tests and asks us to admit for observation without pediatrician.

I visited here as most of the hospitals are closed on Sunday evening. But her I got an instant appointment. The staff is helpful and my orthopaedic doctor was quite helpful. I was last for the follow-up but he rescheduled my appointment and came back just to see my reports. The exterior can misguide you but as you enter, it is clean.

Honestly, it didn't start on a good note as the receptionist showed negligence with the consultation and we missed it. I took it to M.D. Dr Jayaram - received a good response. Such a helpful person. Before admission, throughout the hospital stay and post-discharge, he always kept his support. They made specialists available as and when they were required. The receptionists were cool and good by nature apart from one blip mentioned above. Nurses were good at their duty so was the Admin but we got almost nothing when it came to discount. Doctors were supportive, brought in their expertise and gave their advice even during the night so that treatment goes well. It did go well and we came back home stable. So a big thanks to everyone!!! Now, things that slightly put me off. I would love to see silence as it's maintained in all hospitals. People cracking unnecessary jokes about patients should definitely be avoided. A couple of times didn't get proper updates although it was at a different time in the day I asked for the update citing it's already shared - maybe I pinched them too much😊 Nurses' mood couldn't be predicted, they were nice one moment, mad the other. All in all a good experience. Not gonna pick names because everybody did a fabulous job. I would rate it tad above 4 on 5. Nothing is perfect. Thanks once again. I appreciate the service 😊

I visited this hospital, doctors are good, they prescribed me some tests, I enquired at hospital for the lab tests they said around 7500, they have to understand corporate employees have better offers and these online labs are giving better offers plus collecting sample from doorstep, through Ekincare App I booked entire test with additional tests(full health package) from Apollo clinic in 3000, its time for them to understand else their hospital labs will be of no use.

I came here with the complain of abdominal pain on 2nd July 2023 at 12.00 AM of my wife MRS. Santana Naik , and with in short span of period it was identified the root cause by the expert as a "rapture ectopic pregnancy" and surgery started with in 24hrs of admission. One thing as an improvement factor I observed is all required equipments for example CITY SCAN is not available in the premise, emargency patient as well need to shift to near by diagnostic center, which doesn't qualify the standard of multi-speciality. which needs all the equipment s and experts in an one roof. I will give 3.5 *** at this point. However, I will prefer to come back in near future as per the need basis as management seems commited for the improvement in near future. Please change your ent specialist, who doesn't have basic knowledge on the subject, for simple noise issue he suggested HIV test and also he mentioned as it comes under global tests. What rubbish, I took my mom to another hospital everything done in few minutes. Medical knowledge is important than money minded.

The treatment and the people are good and service provided along with the ambience looks ok. However, seems like all the people are mainly concerned over money and gives importance on billing the patient over servicing. They call for continuous check-up even if everything is sorted and the main reason seems to be more of money than the concern on patient. If this attitude can be changed, then it can be a better hospital.
