We booked a swift car and even gave 1k advanced. We were 4 students coming from Bangalore at early morning. First of all he didn't have the car we booked, and tried to give us another car for much higher price. When we POLITELY denied he started screaming and abusing us with very aggressive attitude and turned us away. From other reviews here I think he showed the same attitude towards other customers too. The humiliation and abuses totally ruined the mood of travel. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very bad experience with the owner.. He promised the car and when we went in morning for pick up, promised car was not available and asking to take available car for higher price rate. Till this point we can understand but the way he treated us early morning was very bad experience. Arrogant

Very poor condition of car taken...The car we booked was not available, he overcharged us giving a very crappy car. Very arrogant behavior from the shopkeeper. Was in travel mood and with family, otherwise I'd have broken his nose right then and there. IF YOU DON'T WANNA RUIN YOUR MOOD AT THE VERY BEGINING OF YOUR TRAVEL, DON'T GO THERE.

I booked the car and paid him in advance and came from bangalore in the morning with 3 friends, when we reached his place he cancelled our booking and said that the car is not available and abused, humiliated us on asking the reason for unavailability.. He is a sick person doesn't know how to talk with customer , book car at ur own risk.

Don't go for this please, owner is really rude, harsh, don't have manner to talk. If you traveling with your friends, girlfriend or family, this is not your cup of tea
