Had
been
to
KFC
on
7th
of
may
at
the
transit
mall.
I
am
a
frequent
customer
at
KFC….When
at
10:30am
i
had
reached
there
they
said
service
not
available
at
the
current
moment.
So
Around
11am
i
had
placed
my
order
for
the
4
combo
offer
of
wings
…..
they
approximately
took
40-45
minutes
to
serve
it.
When
I
checked
the
prices
online
it
showed
lesser
than
what
they
had
charged
me
for
.
Also
when
asked
for
ketchup
sachets
they
charged
me
for
that
too.
For
2
sachets
of
ketchup
they
charged
₹50.
While
taking
ketchup
they
didn’t
even
inform
that
they
would
charge
us
for
it
.
So
i
bought
6
sachets
of
ketchup..
in
which
I
didn’t
use
4
of
it
so
i
asked
them
to
take
it
back
and
deduct
the
amount
from
the
bill
when
I
placed
order
at
the
2nd
time
for
another
4
combo
offer
of
the
wings
…and
this
time
they
charged
us
lesser
than
the
first
time
for
the
same
order!!!
They
were
supposed
to
serve
us
16
pieces
of
wings
as
i
placed
for
4
of
the
combo
offer
,
but
they
gave
us
only
12
pieces..
that
too
not
all
were
wings
pieces.
The
staff
looked
very
disinterested,
the
cashier
lady
was
rude
and
disrespectful!
The
manager
didn’t
really
care
what
was
happening
and
he
too
argued.
This
was
very
unexpected
behaviour
from
KFC
as
it
is
my
go
to
place!!
There
was
a
argument
while
paying
too
at
first
when
I
ordered
they
accepted
gpay
but
the
second
time
they
said
the
gpay
is
not
working
also
after
placing
the
order
and
paying
the
bill
i
didn’t
receive
any
sort
of
receipt.
Also
they
started
to
warn
us
saying
they
would
call
police.
What
is
this
behaviour
so
unethical
and
unprofessional
and
not
at
all
acceptable.
We
are
the
customer
you
are
supposed
to
serve
us
with
respect
.
We
pay
and
eat!
If
this
behaviour
of
the
manager
continues
people
might
even
stop
going
there.
The
other
staff
members
were
gentler
than
the
cashier
lady
and
manager.
Also
you
can
review
the
cc
camera
footage
from
that
day
and
look
at
the
behaviour
of
the
manager.
I
would
give
0
star
for
service
and
for
the
food
.
I
have
tasted
KFC
before
also
and
this
was
just
not
upto
the
mark
I
want
my
complaint
to
be
taken
into
consideration
,
immediate
and
strict
action
against
the
branch
and
also
the
management.
If
no
action
is
taken
against
it
then
i
would
take
my
complaint
to
the
local
food
authority
or
the
police
department!
Also
towards
the
end
there
was
a
cut
off
of
the
electric
power….
The
staff
might
lie
or
return
complaint
on
us
but
if
they
have
any
intention
of
doing
it
just
know
that
we
have
shorted
a
video
of
that
particular
time
when
the
power
went
off
.
