Be very careful of the Flat Owner Harish Ramegowda of Flat 401 in H Block. He said a lot of lies during the initial conversation regarding the flat and made us pay Rs.5000 for booking the flat for rent. On multiple visit we realised that there is a lot of noise disturbance in the flat due to the Nice road being closer. He even asked the current tenant for not disclosing about the issues regarding the flat. Harish lied us that the current tenant is leaving for some other family reason and not due to the noise disturbance coming from Nice road. Harish also lied us that the current tenant has stayed for more than 1.5years while in reality the current tenant was eager to leave the flat and had a stay less than 6-7 months. Harish had asked me to pay him complete or atleast 70% of the booking amount 1.5months prior to the occupancy which was unreasonable and baseless. Why should someone pay a huge amount 1.5months before even staying? Now on disclosure of all the facts we informed Harish over whatsapp that we are not planning to go ahead and to kindly return us the booking amount. He is neither responding over whatsapp nor responding to call. Such a unprofessional behaviour was least expected. Atleast have the courtesy to have the conversation and justify your side for not refunding the Rs 5000. I understand the reason behind the booking amount, but one should atleast have the courtesy to have the conversation. Also he has 1.5months of time from the time I denied to proceed. Keeping Rs 5000 is unreasonable and unethical. Hope your future tenant reads this and saves some hard earned bucks and avoids such irrational behaviour.

Entry ramp is very steep an narrow. Not enough parking area which make visitors struggle. Near to nice road, but have to go around to get here. Not properly maintained. Security is not standard....Biggest problem is the noise from vehicles on nice road.

It's a Complete Nature's Retreat This apartment is surrounded by lushious forest, and greenery all around🌄🌻. A little far away from the city hustle bustle. It is a large complex which Houses thousands of families. Security is good, there are gaurds in each block, and the entire complex . Each block comprises over 19 floors. Flats are spacious, and well planned. And has great view . 🌆🏙️ The place is perfect for nature lovers, peacefull and calm location, ideal for elders to have a tension free morning walk. The view from 18th floor is mind-blowing especially when its raining , and foggy. ⛈️☔🌦️ The apartment has a huge swimming pool, 🏊which is divided into 3 levels, for the kids, beginners and professional. The pool is gaurded by security all day and night, for the safety of the members. The housekeeping staff are prompt, maintainence is good, the garbage is cleared regularly. There are numerous amenities inside the complex. Supermarket, gym, men saloon, mini convention hall, small eatery ( only veg) , clinic, and many more. The clinic staffs are very prompt, giving immediate first aid to an old lady who just slipped and fell on the ground, got my attention. ❤️❤️ The main cons here is the location, it is away from the city, and the road leading to the apartment is surrounded by empty greenery and darkness both the sides, which makes it difficult and scary to commute after evening .It's better to avoid two wheeler ride through this road after 6pm. There are no hotels / restaurants or shops nearby. Which is not a major concern as long as swiggy, , Zomato and other delivery apps are available. Since there are large greenery, there are a lot of mosquitoes in and around the complex. It can me dealt with mosquito repellent. The office goers will find it little difficult because of the traffic leading to the city . Overall it's a good place for all age group, from kids to adults to middle aged to senior citizens, everyone will love this place for its calm and peaceful locality, 👍

One of the most horrible experiences of buying property has been with Purvankara Highlands. I purchased 2 houses, ready to move in, and have been waiting for over 5 months now, to move in. The condition in which a new house is being handed over is absolutely horrible. Broken tiles, dirty floors, scratched and dirtied walls from the working team are just a few of the problems faced. And what's surprising is that we are expected to take possession in that very condition. That is not the experience one should have when spending over 1.5Cr for buying a home.

Purva highland is one of the best apartment s near kanakpura main Street.that too in holiday village road and the luxury apartment the swimming pool and hot tub and pool gym tennis courts hotel inside the apartment and the security guard at the end and he is fit too work very hard for us. The facility for a family is comfortable like a royal palace and the output of project engineer is excellent utilized everywhere and the space utilized is very sufficient .

One of the oldest with 1400+ flats in the vicinity. It is a multistorey building and well maintained amenities.

Purva Highlands Off Kanakapura is one of the worst property in Bangalore, there is no benefit of beside NICE road but you have to bear the Pollution highest level at extreme both Noise and Air Pollution. When you want to enter NICE road either go to Mysore Road or Electronic City/Hosur Road you have to drive 7 KMs but apartment is just besie NICE road. Vehicle going very high speed here due to that heavy dust come inside home and also the noise. If there is any tools to measure air and noise pollution then this apartment will be highest in Bangalore. I know this review may be not showing due to builders buy all these types of review but I'll post all these in twitter/facebook/insta wherever possible and mention that I posted in this site name also but they are not showing. Most of the 4 and 5 rating either from builders team or agents. Adding further: There are lot of issues once you reside this apartment, there is no place for children to play, lot's of flee market in between L & M blocks and they play load music so much disturbance to residence by useless MC team. Apartment is not sound proof at all, lots of noise from NICE road, in summer also you cannot open doors and windows because dust and noise. Cleanliness is also horrible, lot's of plumbing issues, toilet flush lots of issue, every 2 to 3 months we have to spend 3K to 5K for repair work and plumbers working in community from maintenance department is unskilled, they'll ask you to change tap/spindle even small drop of waters. Security team useless and lots of security man in apartment which no use, builders given boom barrier to entry/exit which never use and apart from that once MC team put another boom barrier which not used a single day. lot's money for maintenance of security, waters and maintenance and house keeping. Thanks Google for showing this review, I have posted all property's sites but they are not showing as builders pay them huge to hide their faults. Today 17-06-2023, again we had same so called flea market with association approval and the music is so load Saturday afternoon when we relaxing after tireless work on full week but this home fleeing like in Hell.

Visited there to meet my friends. Excellent design and good maintenance. All major amenities are provided. Flats are big and nicely designed to cater all the requirements of the tenants and house owners.

Cement blocks, lot's of houses not ready for occupancy definitely 3 more years not clear of BWSSB connection

Located in a very good place. But the route from kanakapura road to reach the apartment is not good. Have lot of pot holes and it's a very small road. Difficult to reach apartment during night times.

Horrible and Pathetic Place, THEY WILL CHANNEL SEWAGE WATER TO YOUR HOMES, EXPECT YOU TO USE IT, IRREGULAR ELECTRICITY, DIRTY SMELL, SUPER HARD WATER, SEVERE PLUMBING ISSUES AS YOU WILL KEEP SPENDING FOR BROKEN PLUMBING PIPES AND FLUSH TANKS DUE TO HIGH PRESSURE. they have just built up a behemoth of buildings and mismanaged everything inside the flat. DONT MOVE IN THERE.!!!

Very good apartment out of city with beautiful view. Inbuild food and other prime facilities Such as Self service restaurant, pool, zym and society organize activities accordingly. Only transportation part is lil tough.

I bought a flat in Eden block, it's nice and peacefull, but one suggestion to builder is please include badminton court in future it will be helpful. Altogether it's v nice

Puravankara Park hill is strategically located near greenary treasure. Quality of Construction & Space utilisation is very Outstanding. The project manager's(Mr Anshul) Response was very positive. Could seal the deal in 24 hrs. I am Impressed with the Balconies & the lay out overall.

Peaceful and sophisticated residential area. Can't stay anywhere else when in Bangalore 🙈. Beautiful house, beautiful view, beautiful pool and beautiful everything!!!
