This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. To start with, the property is designed well. The owners were true hosts for the home stay. They make you feel as you are staying in your own home. The rooms are extremely beautiful. It was a perfect resort to have a relaxed trip. We enjoyed being there so much that we decided not to go anywhere out in the evening and spend all the time in the resort itself. Lot of greenery all around. Beautiful location with a mountain view. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort. The food had really nice home food taste. The helpers at the place are also very kind. I would love to stay here again given a chance and totally recommend book it to anyone SiYa Homestay.

The property is close to the city with food delivery options. That's probably the only good thing about the property and experience we had there. We had booked the place through AirBnB for 2 nights. The place is listed as new on AirBnB so doesn't have any ratings. We booked it only coz of Deepak being listed as a Super Host and the Google reviews of this place. From the get go we had a horrible experience. The care taker wasn't at the property when we reached and when he came he had the smell of alcohol on him. He gave us a walk through of the property and told us he won't be staying at the site. He'll be a call away, for a property that's off the road and doesn't have any habitation around other than another homestay besides it. That itself was the 1st red flag. Secondly, the property seemed new, but all linens looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom faucet and pot were leaky, some doors didn't lock and a fan wasn't working. Thirdly, we faced frequent power cuts and we were told there isn't any power back up either. When asked about it, they sent an electrician who said these are planned power cuts and it should be back at 7pm. It didn't and when it did come it didn't stay for 15min even. As a family with my parents and a small kid, we were made to feel extremely unsafe and vulnerable. The caretaker didn't respond or wasn't around most of the time. We called the owner, Deepak, and while he sweet talked that it's what happens when you pick a homestay, and not all amenities are perfect, he didn't object on any of the issues. As if he was aware of the problems but didn't give a damn anyway. Later in the evening he suggested that we move to another property, Tripture Mallandur Homestay, of his but we'll have that only for the night as it was booked for the next day. There also we observed the similar lax conditions with a diseased dog roaming around in the compound and a kitten moving in and out of the kitchen. The staff was inconsiderate as well. Overall, a horrible experience and I would steer clear of any properties listed by Deepak.

Beautiful locale + super friendly hosts + awesome food = perfect holiday! Siya homestay stands out for its perfect hospitality, lip smacking food and breathtaking view. Mr Chandru and Mrs Sneha are the warmest hosts one can ever ask for. Everything they served was served with love and attention. They ensured our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were super clean and tidy. The food, as one of our friends said was 'dangerously tasty' as we would end up finishing everything that was served! We also enjoyed the campfire for all 3 nights that we stayed there. To sum it all up, Siya Homestay was truly a home away from home.

Great place to stay. It's private and has a good view when u come out of the room. Good food and a very good hospitality. It's clean, we'll maintained. Has camp fire on the lawn and if needed on a covered place too.

We had a wonderful time at SiYa Home Stay. Place and location is beautiful with warm and friendly welcome who made us feel at home and special. The Rooms were very neat and clean. And the Food was really good. Definitely would recommend this Home Stay to anyone who is visiting Chikmagalur.

It is an really good home stay with good hospitality and the owner of this property Mr. Chandru is very helpful in every aspect. The food quality here is really good as it tastes as home food. The ambiance of the property is very good. The rooms are very clean and hygiene with well maintained. I would strongly recommend everyone visiting chikmagalur to stay at this property and enjoy the nature of the beauty with good hospitality of the owner.

This place is a pretty new and awesome. We are the first guests to book this and stay. Went with my whole family including my kids. Reasonable price and nice maintenance. Owners and his family were very descent and polite and in simple terms they took care of us like their house guests. Beautiful location and no disturbance. I will stay here again if I go to chikmagalur. As a first guest, hope they remember me and block some good rates for me.

Lovely place and everyone must experience the stay@siya once. I felt not to leave from there but have to😔. You will definitely feel like living in your own home and big thanks to the hosts, they are such a kind & lovable person.

The rooms are claen and fresh, the sorrounding is clean. They serve good food. Owner is calm and supportive. Would expect few huts or few activities at the stay

I was there for 2 days it was a great experiance. Home stay having a great view. We was so comfortable just feel like a home. Great hospitality.They helped us out on all the ways and was always in touch so that we feel comfortable. The food was so testy and delicious. And a spacial thanks to chandru sir and his family we spend a quality time over there.I would strongly recommend to visit there.

Good room and location but we didn't have proper service from the property care taker left abandoned.

We went there as a large group and had an amazing stay at this beautiful secluded place. The host Mr Deepak was very accommodative of our requests and our care taker Mr Sandeep was kind enough to help us through our stay. Would definitely recommend for group or family stays.

The property is in a great location, about 7-8 km from the city. It provides a spectacular view of a lake and a tiny hill. Mr. Darshan, the caretaker, was excellent. During our two-day visit, he took excellent care of our group. The house was reasonably clean, and the property owner was pleasant. However, there were regular power outages, and we didn't get hot water until late in the afternoon.

Such a memorable 3 days stay with my friends, The stay has good view and good area for playing and clean neat and hygiene rooms and the caretaker anna over there helped a lot over arranging everything we asked.

My recent stay at Tripture SiYa was, unfortunately, an experience I would not wish upon any traveler. I believe it's crucial to share my honest feedback to assist others in making informed decisions about their accommodations. 1.Location (1/5): The location of Tripture SiYa was nothing short of terrible. Access to essential amenities and attractions was inconvenient, and the overall ambiance of the surroundings was far from pleasant. Guests should be aware that the location significantly detracts from the overall experience of staying at Tripture SiYa. 2.Room Service and Food (1/5): As previously mentioned, the room service was lacking in attentiveness and responsiveness. Additionally, the food quality was subpar, earning a disappointing 1 out of 10. Some of the food served was even frozen, which is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, Tripture SiYa failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I strongly advise prospective guests to consider alternative accommodations. The location woes coupled with substandard room service and frozen food make this homestay an undesirable choice for anyone seeking a pleasant and convenient stay.

Only reaching to the homestay is bit tough as there is a highway construction going on. Rooms are good and the place is good.
