BDW this is not a hotel. Its like a guest house, with no resturent and no bfast buffet. Breakfast is not as expected. Water they provide is not packed. Just RO water.

It's very nice hotel for middle class family

Just to state the facts, I was charged an incorrect amount when paying. After that, I called the hotel representative several times to check the status of the current refund process, but the response was not sincere. I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of sincerity and unprofessional attitude towards the customer afterward, rather than the incorrect amount being charged.

We stayed here for two nights and staff were polite and good to interact with. However our stay was a nightmare. A/C didn't work on both nights and we'd to struggle to sleep as it was humid and hot weather outside. We reported the issue next day and it was repaired promptly. But again it got broke down after few hours in the middle of the night. We discussed the issue with the staff, manager and requested to hire a electrician or provide us accommodation in another hotel but our requests were declined. At the end we had to adjust with a small cooler which wasn't helping at all. We requested for a partial refund as A/C wasn't functional during our stay but it wasn't honored.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The people in the reception specially Krishna was really were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also supported. The location is great- very near to South extension metro Station. I would recommend to friends and definitely staying again and again from so many times. At last but not least the owner of Skylink suites i.e Ajay also supported every time specially in advance booking and for the services.

Rooms were a little cramped up but they were neat. But the place is inside an apartment complex in a narrow lane.

Premium family hotel with excellent service and amenities. The spacious rooms along with the courteous staff make up the highlight of this property. The location is perfect for work and shopping visits. Special mention to Mr. Ajay Pandey for exceptional management and welcoming nature.

We were unsure at the time of booking as this was our first Hotel booking in Delhi. - We were able to reached the place easily. Hardly 300 meters from South Ex Metro Station - Staff was helpful starting from front desk and all helpers - Room was very good and worth the money - Quite locality - Good sunlight in room - Watercooler available so you can refill - Breakfast was good, they don't have buffet. They serve the breakfast in room

The place is very neat. Free breakfast was included and the staff were also polite. Highly recommended!

It was wonderful staying in this place. Very friendly and well behaved stuff. I will always recommend people to come and enjoy the experience. Breakfast always been nice and tasty. We will come back here again.

While visiting Dehli, my husband and I spent a month at Skylink Suites from September- October 2022. After our arrival, we were impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel staff. Mr Ajay was very cheerful and helpful to us. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year.

Affordable place. But they may not be able to give GST bills if booking is made over the counter. Online booking no such problems.

It was a good hotel. Location is good but the rooms are a little dusky which could be improved. Overall the staff was nice.

A fantastic property near South extension. Really helpful staff. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Allowed late checkout for my mother and sister. Assuming they were alone the staff gave uber driver proper directions on where to drop them. They constantly kept checking whether they had reaches safely. Full 5/5 from a fulfilled customer

Nice place to stay, clean rooms and position close to South Extension metro station. The staff, and Ajay Pandey in particular, had been particularly warm and available.
