and

has
helped
me

in

weight

strength.
He
will
first
understand
your
body
and
accordingly
invests
good
amount
of
time
and
efforts
to
help
you
to
achieve
your
fitness
goals.
He
is
quite
knowledgeable
in
exercise
science,
nutrition,
and
offers
encouragement,
assistance
and
very
supportive
environment
by
paying
close
attention
to
your
form,
or
any
limitations
throughout
your
workouts.
He
also
sets
an
example
for
us
through
his
own
dedication,
achievements,
and
passion
for
fitness,
inspiring
us
to
pursue
our
goals
with
determination
and
enthusiasm.
His
workouts
are
quite
enjoyable
and
I
feel
so
good
after
working
out

Davis.
