The Society is pretty good ,it consists of underground parking, club hiuse , swimming pool, games room , parks , badminton court, volley ball court, cricket court and different shops . However the society is located on the highway so shops are faraway but society is good It has a lot of greenery and many parks. The flats are spacious and good too.

This is best residential complex in kundli. It is located right on national highway. The society is very neat n clean. It offers 2,3,4 bhk options. The room size is big as compared to other societies like TDI Kingsbury, Parker residency

Maintainace service is so bad as construction quality since 6 months daily water is released on terrace of p6 and no action is taken then water is remains their for so much time directly affecting quality of tower. But they don't care about anything.

Most of the flats are occupied by students/bachelors from Rajiv Gandhi educational institute They create ruckus and nuisance to neighbors living there. specially girl students who don't have manners to talk to elders. Management have failed to solve problems related to this. Thus you should reconsidered before moving in Ushay Tower.

Ushay towers are one of the better maintained housing projects in the kundli. We are the owner of 4bhk flat. The management and maintenance of the project is better than the surrounding housing projects and the societies. The prime location is the main attraction of the same. The U turn and entrance are also very well located. The maintenance is also above par. The swimming pool is also functioning. The gym is yet to be opened. Open gym and yoga 🧘‍♂️ free classes available. The mandir has been constructed within the project premises.

It is a nice place right on the highway. The buildings are well designed from outside but, inside could have been better It is prominently seen that all buildings have water leakages that are visible from outside on most flats. The construction doesn't seem to be very good. This is my first reading. I may be wrong It has good security, internal roads, traffic discipline, parks, etc
