All I can say is that Dr.Arvind Kumar and his team including Dr. Harsh Vardhan Puri are India's best thoracic Surgeons. I was wondering here and there in many hospitals due to left side plural effusion each time every doctor infused a tube and removed water but no one has provided proper diagnosis and treatment, at last I got to know about Dr. Arvind and consulted him about my illness he properly diagnosed and told that I have left side Empyema which can be only treated throw Surgery. Than I have gone through Left side VATS converted to open decortication surgery by Dr. Arvind Kumar and Team. Now after the surgery I am fit and want to thanks Dr. Arvind Sir, Dr. Belal Sir, Dr. Harsh Sir for his continue motivation and best treatment. I have had the surgery in Medanta hospital by Dr. Arvind Kumar sir. The surgery has been extremely successful and I am recovering fast. I am very grateful to Dr. Arvind ji and his team to bring me out of difficult situation. It is because of his efforts, I can now breath, speak and smell normally. Thankful for the doctors, paramedical staff, nurses, and other hospitality staff for ensuring I not only had an excellent surgery but also a well-rounded post-op recovery at Medanta Gurgaon. The VATS surgery is cost-effective and Dr. Arvind Kumar meticulously goes about his method without making any compromises. The team tried their best to provide pain management and also helped with strength-building. Sharing honest review about a recent experience we had in Medanta with Dr. Arvind’s team. My father who is 64 now was diagnosed with Lung cancer in middle lobe. It was asymptomatic and accidentally detected in Paras hospital in Panchkula. Then we took second opinion from PGI oncologist who recommended Dr. Arvind, Dr. Belal and team in Medanta Gurgaon. We visited him with an appointment in OPD, where we faced some hiccups related to process and number of patients. At first we want to avoid the surgery due to risksinvolved. So we took multipl The time we met Dr. Arvind we were assured that we are ready for the operation. He properly explained the possible procedures and different risks in each of them. Which really helped us to decide that we can go with the surgery. We were holding cghs card so took approvals and the operation was so smooth that just after VATs surgery my dad was able to speak and eat. After Some hours (one night) they shifted him to ward and has started walking. They have gym and physio sessions which helped him regain strength and lungs capacity in no time. As a result we were discharged in next 4 days. The doctors and helping staff was really great here and motivates patients to do exercises and stay fit. I would recommend everyone who can afford to visit once atleast for second opinion.

I'm akhil jain I'm from ambala Punjab . I was suffering from cough with blood from last one year . Then we went to Fortis and then he told us that I'm suffering from aspergilloma ,,(fungus ball) in my lungs. Then he told us Dr harsh and and Dr arvind then we met Dr harsh in Ludhiana OPD and he called us in medanta hospital gurgaon. Then I underwent vats lobectomy and surgery went successfull and next day of surgery I'm able to walk and started doing exercises with the help of Dr Deepika and now I'm getting better and going Home. My wife sumsan nahar , we are from Bangladesh, wife sumsan she was suffering from cough and blood in the sputum from last December.
