I have been practicing the sanjivini symbol and the rakaha kawach for almost a month and I feel powerful. I once experienced Shivji’s presence during the practice and this was one of the most surreal moments. I am so blessed to have learnt this healing practice from my guruji. The practice class also helped me focus on the other breathing techniques that build my energy. These were so powerful that even after less sleep in the previous night, I feel happy to go about my day. Overall, my energy has increased and I feel protected.
