Its on road , ground floor, so no difficulty in finding and reaching there. The atmosphere is just awesome, peaceful, with mild music. Staff behaviour is good. Order ready quickly and on time. Taste great as always. Overall experience is good.

I placed the order online using KFC app. After the payment app crashed. When I reopened the app, it asked me to login again. I received a text for order pick-up though I had opted for delivery. In the message, location link was given however the link was broken. Just one disappointed after another. I contacted KFC helpline, it said the representative would connect and the call went on and on. No one bothered to talk. As the payment had already been deducted and the text has already been delivered from their end so here all the responsibilities of KFC ended. Ultimately I had to leave for the restaurant setting location on google maps. I'm here at the restaurant still waiting for my order which was placed an hour ago, to prepare. Dear KFC, it's finger licking good but customer tricking not good. If I had to visit restaurant I would not have placed the order online itself in the first place. Location: KFC, Nirman Vihar

MOST AWFUL DINE-IN EXPERIENCE The order served was unclean & stale having very high salt content. The outer layer of the broasted chicken was very stiff to chew. The hygiene was not maintained. The manager was the dumbest I have ever seen having no courtesy level & welcoming gesture at all. He was more robotic & spreading the same vibes across his female staff. In a nutshell, the order was not justified. Immediate action is demanded (ULTIMATE SAVINGS BUCKET)

It was my first time at a KFC. I had a huge hype because of social media and from the mouth publicity of people. I often get the story of colonel Sander’s inspiring story on my feed and that took me to the branch. Tbh I felt it’s just like normal fried chicken not something special , Idk if it’s not the original recipe of KFC coz it’s varies from shops. We 5 people got two and a half piece of fried chicken for ₹187.5. The ambiance is nice.

KFC maintained it's food quality. Everytime I visited there had a nice experience,. Best food chain ever I visited, no comparison of it. Highly recommended. Coz, KFC will never disappoint you. 😊👍

Excellent staff service, but the food is not very good. Being a non vegetarian I felt i couldn't get my money's worth. Portion size is also very small for rs.250 - 350 per person .

Chicken popcorn is always reheated and served. Despite requesting freshly prepared popcorn via online apps they still give u reheated small hard pieces of chicken... The preet vihar outlet is far better..again ordered yesterday swiggy no 88165 (last 5 digits) same re heated popcorn with small hard pieces... This outlet just doesn't care. Disgusting CS
