The
organizational
and
operational
aspects
of
this
entity
are
incredibly
chaotic.
My
experience
has
been
exceedingly
unpleasant,
making
me
hesitant
to
consider
future
orders.
I
strongly
advise
against
placing
orders
through
phone
or
WhatsApp,
as
the
individuals
handling
these
channels
seem
inexperienced
and
tend
to
provide
inaccurate
information.
My
ordeal
involved
dealing
with
multiple
individuals,
encountering
issues
such
as
incorrect
commitments,
sending
incomplete
supplies,
and
facing
difficulties
in
placing
orders.
To
add
to
the
frustration,
there
was
a
recurring
problem
with
orders
being
partially
placed,
leading
to
further
complications.
The
representative
named
Ram
Ji,
with
whom
I
interacted,
displayed
a
level
of
rudeness
and
unprofessional
behavior
that
is
contrary
to
the
expected
standards
in
this
industry.
It
has
raised
doubts
in
my
mind
about
the
authenticity
of
the
organization,
as
this
representative
did
not
embody
the
cultural
values
of
Bharat
and
Ayurveda.
Having
had
to
take
the
parcel
overseas,
the
entire
ordering
and
delivery
process
was
disorganized
and
chaotic.
I
have
half
order
under
delivery
and
other
half
placed
but
not
sure
if
I
get
before
I
leave,
doubtful.
Moving
forward,
if
I
decide
to
place
an
order,
I
will
try
for
online
order
through
website
rather
than
dealing
with
a
personal
representative
who
is
so
disrespectful.
When
Bharat
is
trying
to
promote
AYUSH
such
behavior
at
international
level
is
only
detrimental
to
any
good
efforts
!
