Bhalo Khabaar came to a pleasant rescue when my cook was unfortunately down with Covid. Being busy professionals and with elderly parents at home, my hunt for home cooked and hygienic food ended at Bhalo Khabaar. Their timely response and delivery of the food is worth several mentions. Bhalo Khabaar is one of the Bengali meals that brings water to the tongue. The food was wonderful, and the price-to-taste ratio was much better, as I enjoy Bengali cuisine and am partial to it. In any case, the price-to-quantity ratio was excellent, and the food was hot when it arrived.

Being a bong and a food lover is quite a combination. Among many advantages, one disadvantage is that the craving for good Bengali food never dies down. Being in Doon for the last 10 years, has only made this craving worse since there were no good restaurants serving authentic Bengali food. Today that craving got satisfied and all "Thanks" goes to Bhalo Khabar. I stumbled upon Bhalo Khabar through my facebook friends. Bhalo Khabar is a cloud kitchen situated on the Rajpur Road. I am happy to share that finally, there is one restaurant in Dehraun which serves authentic Bengali, homestyle food. Each and every dish is a blessing to food lovers like us. Since a long time I was hunting for an authentic Bengali food experience in Dehradun and I am so glad I came across Bhalo Khabaar. The food is excellent and fresh. They do not compromise on quality. The mutton chops and fish cutlets were very good. So are the fish curries. The prices are very reasonable. Best wishes to you 🎉

If you like bengali food, this is a must try. Ordered chicken biryani and dimer devils. Amazing taste. The chicken was so well cooked. Unlike other biryani kolkata biryani is less spicy and I was craving it. 5/5!!

I have come to Dehradun from Ranchi in August 2021 and was missing real Bengali food. Never have I gone without Bengali food for so long. Then somebody told me about Bhalo Khabar and said the food was excellent. I was delighted and ordered a few dishes for lunch. It was like home and have no words to describe my joy. The food was excellent and very well prepared. The taste was absolutely authentically Bengali and if I could give a higher rating I would without hesitation give it. At long last I have found the perfect place for Bengali cuisine and I have decided to try most of the dishes mentioned in their menu, if not all. I congratulate the team of Bhalo Khabar for making this possible and I wish them well from the bottom of my heart. God Bless.

I ordered the customized Mustard fish yesterday. It was DELICIOUS!! The pieces were sizeable and the curry was finger licking good. My 93 year old Mom, who is a cook par excellence, was delighted with the taste the textures and the portion size! Well done Bhalo Khabaar! Am going to be a regular for life!!
