It's a very sacred temple. It was my second visit and the crowd this time was too huge maybe because we visited at the peak time. There are a few things which I personally didn't like. Firstly their is no maintenance by the board, it is a very crowded place so it should be well maintained but their is no rules and regulations. Secondly the behaviour of the temple priest are worst, people go to a temple to worship but these priests are only after money they only gives value to the person who offers good money or otherwise they behave very rudely with the visitors. As the place is crowded there is high possibility of getting lost. Their is no proper line, everyone is pushing the other to go inside. And their is also no proper place to keep ur shoes and sandles and if you keep it infront of the temple you will have to walk 2/3 km back to the front gate because the exit gate is on the other side to the temple.

Banke Bihari Temple is the famous temple of India, situated in vrindavan (Mathura) in Uttar Pradesh. Here the idols of Radha Krishna in the temple appear to be real. Here is visited by lakhs of devotees every day throughout the year. But the trust and management of the temple should make a system for (Darshan) visit. Because devotees come from far and wide to visit but due to the jostling in the crowd, the darshan is not done properly. After darshan of Banke Bihari Ji you will feel blessed and peace of mind. Near temple you can bought all items of (Puja samagri) worship material, Idol of Radha Krishna and other God. You can enjoy street food also near temple (kulhad wali lassi, chai, pakoda, Matura ke pede, Kachori, Rajbhog etc, etc) Pls subscribe to "KHAYALO KA JHAROKHA" YouTube channel and Watch videos of religious and tourist places.

5 stars to temple 1 star for cleanliness.. shocked to see how the lanes from which we access temple are so dirty. Krishan ji would not be happy the way the place is not clean at all… this beautiful , religious and such highly powerful place which is most famous religious shrine of Hindus deserves to be extremely neat and clean and well maintained

Most prominent temple in Vrindavan and the oldest one as well in the area. This is the temple that holds the utmost reverence. Believed to be the king of Vrindavan- this place is a must visit place when there. But it is always crowded and it was all the more crowded when we visited. The only clip we could capture was of the crowd. Also you are not allowed to click photo in the temple complex though we saw almost everyone clicking freely. We didnt. Most important thing to mention - there is no management in the temple. You are on your own in that crowd being pushed around from all the sides. You need to figure out a way for yourself. Supposed to be the most sacred place in the whole of Brindavan but sad to say the filth all around the temple takes away all its charm. Not sure if people dont understand the importance of the place or they just dont care. But either which ways the place is suffering. It has much more to offer if only we - as a society - listen to the place and its aura. Recommended place for sure.

While the temple is beautiful, it's powerful, it's got so much energy and power, the guards really ruin it. Specifically one guard who groped me and then tried to hold my hand to escort me out and when I yelled at him saying don't touch me he started yelling louder leading a full fledged fight. Doing this to a woman (and probably many more) right front of God, i have nothing more to say. Quite a sad state of affairs.

Banke Bihari ji is one of the best and fully crowded temple in Vrindavan, you cannot visit on long weekend, if you want to take darshan of banke bihari ji then you must visit late evening or early morning, the place is so blessed that you will forgot all the pain in front of banke bihari ji.

Bolo shri baanke Bihari Laal ki jai. Vrindavan bihari Lal ki jai. Banke bihari mandir is always crowded weather you go on week days or weekend but week days are less crowded than weekend so always try to visit temple in week days. This place gives you so relief and so much positive vibes once you enter in the temple. When you see shri banke bihari face (get darshan) all your weariness will just vanished away. All You just want to see and see the beautiful face of banke bihari. There is different temple visiting time for winters and summer, so try to check the time before visiting this place. Radhe Radhe. 🙌
