I
had
an
official
trip
with
my
other
2
colleagues
in
this
hotel.
We
stayed
there
for
2
nights
and
checkout
was
done
on
3rd
day
morning.
I
had
high
hopes
when
I
booked
this
hotel
on
phone
realising
the
brand
name
of
โBest
Westernโ
as
I
usually
stayed
in
one
of
its
franchises
in
Ambala
and
that
was
one
of
elite
3-star
hotels
in
HARYANA.
To
my
utter
disappointment,
I
can
barely
give
2
stars
to
this
one,
as
I
was
highly
disappointed
from
it.
Few
things
to
note,
#Hotel
staff
was
impolite,
they
donโt
know
to
talk
to
guests
which
is
highly
required
in
this
industry,
especially,
the
room
dining
staffs.
Even
the
rest
of
staff
will
not
look
professional,
you
will
get
the
feel
once
you
spent
a
day
in
this
hotel.
#They
are
not
even
having
a
proper
brochure
of
food
menu
items.
Instead,
they
were
having
a
photo
copy
of
menu
of
5
pages
and
was
having
limited
variety.
A
simple
food
item
like
โMaggiโ
was
also
missing
from
their
list
so
you
can
imagine
what
they
will
be
serving
and
the
rates
for
other
food
items
are
also
not
that
cheap.
The
rate
list
of
roasted
papads
and
boiled
eggs
were
around
Rs.
200/-.
Even
the
food
serving
is
too
ordinary.
#Rooms
are
overpriced.
We
had
booked
a
single
room
with
triple
occupancy
and
after
corporate
discount,
it
cost
us
Rs.
4500/-
(GST
included)
per
night
with
complementary
break-fast
which
will
be
served
in
rooms
instead
of
buffet.
At
the
time
of
writing
this
review,
I
can
see
online
that
the
same
room
cost
is
Rs.
4200/-hence,
we
are
cheated
here
also.
Iโll
look
for
the
other
options
in
Hisar
and
would
definitely
avoid
this
one.
