Went for a party at MJ residency lawn. Good for small birthdays and party functions up to 300 max people . But the major issue is with parking.not even guard or anyone was available to guide the park where. Inside they have a capacity of 25 cars Max. Rest you have to park at your own risk on an outside road which is a highly communicated road with vehicles. The food was good not sure if it was from MJ or outside catering.

All in all a good hotel with helpful day staff Cons - The night shift reception staff is clueless about what rooms have been booked, by whom and what their staff member and employee names are. Also the security guard (At exit Gate timing 7pm to 11pm) is rude, irresponsible and useless at his job.

Liked it rooms were clean and fresh. And breakfast was tasty. Overall the stay was fine. Recommended

Everything is good about this low budget hotel. Water issues were there in day two. We booked two rooms for four member family. Food was decent. In-room service was not very slow.

Was the for my grandson's marriage events like Haldi itne daytime nd Mehndi at night. It was a memorable time every one enjoyed. Our guests enjoyed the stay with remarkable room service nd house keeping. I will give 10 on 10. Booked full hotel for my son's upcoming marriage.

Stay here at M J Residency was very comfortable and peaceful. The food quality, management, ambiance and service is very good. The manager Mr. Sandeep Tiwari and their staff also are very co-operative and helpful.

Parking is an issue for the guests. Food is average. It seems to be bit outdated now. Very old hotel, however it's well maintained.
