Coming from the gini and jony showroom I can totally agree with one fact for sure, Nani this is one of the best theme store for clothing footwear and all daily needs.also the staff is very helpful and cooperative in selecting the clothing please. Also I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place

Each time I have gone here, the billing experience has been a pain. Takes less time to shop and choose, more time to pay. There are 5 persons at the cashier, and 3 persons waiting to pay and we have been standing here for 30 mins. Seems the cashiers double up for answering calls, resolving app glitches and vouchers while others are waiting to pay. Highly inefficient. Would never recommend unless you have loads of time on your hands.

Unprofessional Conduct and Disrespectful Treatment at Kapkids (Kapsons) Sector 17. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct and disrespectful treatment I experienced. My recent visit turned into a frustrating ordeal as the staff forcibly insisted that I leave the premises due to their closing time, despite my genuine interest in exploring their collection. Not only were they disrespectful in their approach, but they also resorted to tactics such as switching off lights and closing lifts to pressure customers into leaving. This behavior created unnecessary stress and made me feel unwelcome, especially considering the effort it took to travel a long distance after my office hours specifically to visit their showroom. It is disheartening to see a business prioritize their convenience over customer satisfaction and basic courtesy. I urge Kapkids to reevaluate their policies and prioritize providing a positive and respectful experience for all customers, regardless of the time of day.
