Lenskart stores are better than online store. I had faced lot of difficulties from online lenskart support. Recently i had bought two JJ with tokai lenses. I am quite well satisfied by the salesman or executive at offline store. Would you once again in future to visit store again.

My spectacle got damaged so I gave them to repair it. They took 5 hours just to say that they can't be repaired. Although i got them repaired from another store. I got severe headache during that time as my specs power was quite high. The staff was Very irresponsible as well, I called them to know the status of my spectacles to which they replied they'll have to check and will get back to me. Then, 3 hours went by and I didn't get any reponse from them. I would genuinely recommend the local optical stores that are available near the lenskart store as their products and services are way better.

Lenskart Rudrapur, Uttrakhand, a lady staff who has come to support customer, was very poorly behaived. Afraid of going to shop & advise the other customer going should not react with her. Very bad experience at Lenskart outlet.

The executive named Mitaali was very rude and arrogant. She didn't addressed the issue well but took the discussion to a heated argument. I am highly disappointed by such a reputed brand.I would request all other customers not to take any insurance plan because it is just a method of them to misguide and loot the customers. We were not all given a correct explanation of the issue but were harassed. Very very disappointed. WOULD NEVER GO TO LENSKART AGAIN.

I didn’t find staff behaviour acceptable. The woman was quite arrogant and tone deaf and not at all ready to listen to my needs. One needs to be polite under every circumstance. I understand that they have to manage customers but I didn’t find them at all accountable. Overall, the staff is average. Products are good.
