Shame on staff, no service so doesn't mean its poor or good service

They don't even deserve this one star. Worst service. Makes fool of costumers. High need for the staff to be changed. Worst worst...had to switch to another network just because of the helpless staff. I don't know what they are getting paid for!!

Great service by Monika Mam for issuance of duplicate sim since my sim was damaged. I was not getting help online for replacement of sim and then I visited vi store yamunanagar and there I met Miss Monika who just took 1 minute and solved my problem. Sim got activated in 1 hr. Great service and polite behaviour. Highly appreciable.

Worst sevice provider, nobody have professional approach. Never suggest to go anyone there.
