We stayed there for two nights. The staff were very courteous. The food at the restaurant was great especially the continental dishes (We loved it). We were traveling with an infant and the restaurant didn't charge for baby food. They also packed some baby food on checkout on our request. The chef and his team worked above and beyond to deliver great service. .The spa service was also good. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I have ben visiting ITCRestaurant for dinner and lunches , since the beginning .the food here is always exceptionally good , consistent quality , great service , slight increase have been made in prices but it is worth while. They always have lavish buffet , wide menu , multi cuisine choice. the ambience is good , ( unchanged since the opening),when ever I wish to have good food and good variety , ITC is the first choice in town. generally it is difficult to find a table for non residents, hence it is reserve a table in advance if you are non resident.

As you can see this would be near to 7STAR HOTEL. That means it would be expensive by all standards. But I would say it is quite reasonable as far as Dining is concerned. The hotel has rooms and villas expensive and well maintained. Great ambiance and extra attentive staff. I was told it has an area of 300 acres. They have a 270 acres of Golf Course and the Hotel is set up in 30 acres of beautifully planned jungle land. All 300 acres inside the compound are unmatched and one of its kind. The catch is it is situated on the extreme boundaries of Gurugram, off JAIPUR highway and the approach roads are not so convenient. Well not unless you are going to spend a few days here, some ME time and relaxation. I would definitely recommend this for high end PARTIES AND WEEKEND FAMILY FUNCTIONS, LIKE WEDDINGS AND RECEPTION. If you are in that kind of economic position. They serve all the International and Indian cuisine. The food is very tasty. In all its a once in a lifetime experience.

An amazing stay with lot of activities for kids. A perfect holiday. Ample of place to run around on the lawns, golf course is beautiful and clean. The luxury suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is best to relax without doing touristy things. Service was great too.

The training of restaurant personnel could be improved to international standards, including accent reduction. This is a beautiful hotel! I recently had a visit to delhi and I was really worried about getting a room which would be affordable, tidy and with good facilities. To be frank my stay was too good and I would love to book this again n again due to ambience of the hotel. Further big thanks to the front office for their help. It was clean and had a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We were in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.

Very warm staff, amazing food, rooms with lots of facilities provided. The location is also a bit away from the city which makes this place more peaceful. Stayed at this property just before onset of Covid in India. At they that time they were hosting a big VIP delegation. So even members like us were ignored and legitimate upgrades were also not provided. While services at Peacock bar and Aravali Pavilion were excellent same can not be said for other services. Rooms are spacious with upscale amenities.

The facilities at this hotel are very well maintained as you will expect from the hotel from this brand. Apart from the facilities and the structure, everything else is pretty below expectations. The service staff is very slow and unprofessional (have to ask everything 10 times to get a response). They don't register or take note of the requests and hence forget to followup for multiple things we requested. The only place where you get good service is at the restaurants. The rooms were also below average size for such a secluded property.

If one prefers the architectural blend of ancient, medieval and modern structures then its a must visit. We stayed at one of the suites overlooking the garden. Food is great. Had meals outdoor amidst nature. Even had the fortune to watch few eagles/hawks in the trees with their nest. Experienced the grandeur of a palace with a personal swimming pool or gazebo attached to each suite. Would recommend a stay at the Grand Bharat Hotel to those who would want to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city life.

Beautiful property as the other reviews highlight. However considering the price it charges, there are a few areas where it can improve.. The salon is ladies only. This makes no sense at all. A unisex salon is the norm throughout the world When guests are few, all meals are scheduled at the Aravalli Restaurant whose menu is fixed. Seems a bit unfair to guests who don't get any variety. The room+terrace is actually a room with a spacious and good balcony.

I used the private dining services of the property, and had a great time for the occasion I was celebrating. Staff was really good all throughout from the planning to execution phase. Curation of the custom and personalized menu that translated to the 4-course meal was definitely the highlight. Would highly recommend this cosy set-up to anyone celebrating something special. Property is pet-friendly and while we could not travel with our pet, the staff made sure they understood our needs for the same. Amazing space, beautiful classic old Indian architectatial theme, great food, kid friendly chef who will provide you everything possible. Needless to say 27 hole ⛳ , very warm staff .just couldn't find a space to run outside, otherwise heated pool and everything seems world class. Kudos to team ITC

Mr. Partab in F&B was great, the guards on the main entrance are very helpful and offer to take the best shot of the facade of property. The extra sporting activities were great, tennis, basketball, pool, etc. We had a good memorable time there.

Have had the worst experience with trying to plan my first anniversary at the hotel. I had booked the most expensive suite with rooftop and gazebo and requested the hotel to help us with a private dinner. Firstly, they were very hard to reach out, they kept redirecting me to different team members and then when we finally discussed on the setup and cost, they ghosted me and have no confirmation for 3 days. After multiple follows and call requests, I got a whatsapp message saying we shall confirm 3 days before the booking date. I called the front desk to check if there is a possibility for an earlier confirmation as if I am planning to spent Rs. 1 Lakh I need confirmation as my plan depends on it and I am planning it in advance but again I got no revert and therefore canceled my reservation and have made a booking with a hotel with better customer services.

The location is very easy to reach, outside the hustle-bustle of the city, amid tranquil setting. The check-in was swift and the staff was very courteous. Sheer Opulence - Everything is amazing about this place. It is luxury defined - right from the grandeur of the property, to amazing and always smiling staff, the semi - private pool is a real plus for the kids, the common pool is amazing too. The managers, the chefs, staff at the front desk, the resturant, the guards, the golf cart drivers would often go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and looks like they all are trained photographer too - just ask them to click a picture for you and you will see what I mean. The food was tasty, the buffet spread for both dinner and breakfast was amazing and the staff at the restaurant was very courteous. There will be so much to remember of this trip.

Beautiful place with well maintained infrastructure. The entire campus is developed from scratch. The moment you enter, you can't stop noticing the polished roads and manicured landscapes and beautiful villas all around. It is country's first suites-only hotel. All villas are actually suites for the hotel guests. Their recreational area "Shatranj" are also beautifully maintained... And not to mention, staffs are extremely courteous! Everyone from security persons to reception staffs, from golf kart drivers to housekeeping staffs, all ensured that we are having good times there! I'll definitely visit here again!!

It was an amazing experience for me, the people out here are so homely and warm. From the time I entered to the property till the time I left, I was so pampered and cared by all the people, starting from the front desk people to the person in spa and the restaurants.
