Had a very pathetic experience during my sister’s emergency situation! Not a single doctor was available during the whole period we stayed, the staffs had no idea the treatment process! We were also not informed about the unavailability of doctors while admitting even When I Personally met Dr. Naman he even not informed us anything regarding this and her health was getting down every hour and at last we had to admit to another hospital. Please Don't go to this hospital. It will be a huge mistake from my side that I had chosen this hospital for my delivery. Dr. are good they are doing there job perfectly but the hospital staff they are so irresponsible and 80% of your stay in the hospital is with hospital staff only as they will provide you everything. I want to share my experience that I had given birth to a male child but in documentation they had enrolled that I had given birth to a female child. It was a blunder. And according to them both are same there is no difference in the case where my every detail already had been sent to the CMO office for the birth certificate process. In addition to that father's name of my baby was also they had changed and according to them we were overreacting it was a minute mistake in the case where they had given me my final discharge paper. Not only this at the time of discharge they have to provide me the medicine that I should take after the C section they skipped that page. What to say if you want face all these types of problems go for it. I had chosen this hospital only after going through the review but its a lesson for me that the near and the dear one of that firm will also give 5 stars to create a fake image of the firm. Please go through the negative comments also because they are the real one. If anyone want clarifications you can share me your any contact detail I can share all the evidence with you but don't choose this hospital for anyone.

Poor Service, Arrogant / Rude Staff & Doctors. Had a very bad experience with us during the delivery of my wife. Just before shifting to OT for operation / delivery, Covid Antibodies test result came which show IgM Reactive (Positive). However, there was not a single symptom of Covid. After the arrival of report, the hospital stopped all the procedures of operation and left us alone. As informed above that the baby had done potty (Meconium) in stomach and the water bag was burst out, she was left on risk of her life as well as of the baby. We were asked to go to Covid Hospital (Le Crest, Ghaziabad), without any second opinion of Covid Antibodies test. Further, we were forced to get the C-Section Delivery done on 10.11.2020 in Le Crest, Ghaziabad, on a much higher cost of Rs. 1,47,303.00 and got our baby girl delivered on 10.11.2020 @16:57 Hours. Further, on 11.11.2020, the samples of Garima and Baby was sent for RT-PCR Test (the samples were collected by hospital and was sent to Lal Path Lab for diagnostic) which had NEGATIVE TEST RESULT. Due to the FAKE / WRONG / ALTERED REPORT, we had faced lot of trouble. We highly recommend NOT TO get treated in this hospital. We had also registered an official complain against the HOSPITAL to National Human Rights Commission of India.

Unfortunately these all are absolutely WRONG. I have myself visited the hospital numerous times and visited few other doctors apart Dr. Naman for myself and my family. I have never experienced such a thing as people have reported, also, the staff always have been helpful and very ambitious to support in all means. The best part is the doctors knowledge in understanding the issue and providing consultation with a very nominal fee that hospital charges for OPD patients and also for any testings to be done. I have myself referred many of my friends and family members to get the most of the service. I write this review due to the fact that Manas Hospital is very personal to me as they have looked after me and my family members in dire need of time. Manas hospital is the best hospital in Delhi-NCR. I was suffering from Typhoid 5 years ago, that's where I had my first visit to Manas. I got admitted for 3 days and the kind of support and care I was provided, It won my heart. After I was discharged, Manas became the go to hospital for all my friends and family. Dr Naman is not only the best doctor but also he is one of the best personality. I would like to mention 1 specific encounters here: My bhabhi was suffering from dengue and was admitted in Sirsa, Haryana. 2 days after admission her condition got worse and we all panicked. I went to Manas Hospital and met Dr. Naman, he reviewed the treatment and asked me that if we could get the patient transported from Haryana to Manas. We did the same as I have full trust on the doctor. 1 day after the admission, my bhabhi started feeling better and on 3rd. day, she was discharged. I have admitted Manas hospital on 16 September through Pristyn care for laser treatment on my legs for initial varicose veins. I will not recommended Pristyn Care. They make you fool. On the name of Laser their Doctors will do Open surgery without your consent. Don't go through Pristyn Care. Although Manas hospital is good.. they provided good service and their management staff and nurses takes care good and listen everything and help patients. I don't have any complaint from Manas hospital.

Most pathetic services! Recently I have undergone surgery at Manas hospital which is the worst experience of my life. Most ill-mannered and unprofessional staff I have ever found. Just because of the casual and unprofessional behaviour of the staff it increased my pain & sufferings. At the time of ECG, the nurse who did it was not aware about how to use the instrument. After the surgery, no female staff came for assistance and only males were available who kept me undressed and were busy in their personal talks & pranks for few minutes. Later they covered me and without proper care they shifted me to ICU, which was in a hurry. After observation at ICU I had been shifted to my private room. Whole night I suffered a lot, they kept me and my dressing wet in urine till midnight though I requested them to change it many times, as I was feeling uncomfortable but what response I got was- "Our staff is not trained to change the dressing so just tolerate this pain till morning, when doctor will come then only he would do the needful". These words has been given by the doctor who was available at duty that time in ICU. Till 3 am they kept me in this condition. The pain become unbearable and then we contacted our doctor i e, Indu Sharma. After her request, the dressing has been changed for which they were giving fake excuses earlier. This too was done in a very unprofessional and barbaric manner. Even my husband requested them to do it properly so they asked my husband to leave the room and let them do whatever they want to do in unprofessional way. They treated me just like a wild animal. All the night I was kept on a bed which was wet due to urine. This kind of hospitals should be closed as they are charging the fees like private hospitals but giving services worst than government hospitals. I am giving review after discharge of my mother who was admitted due to low sodium that was 103 at the time of admission. This is one of the best hospital with all facilities in low budget. Staff and nurses are excellent especially sister Kavita and compounder Pawan bhaiya. This hospital is just like second home. Food and confirm level is great. Lastly doctor Naman is god. He treated my mother and make her stand in 3 days where she was not able to stand properly. He is humble and friendly. He style of treatment is great. No cheat and misbehave in this hospital. Pathetic / Poor Service, Arrogant / Rude Staff & Doctors.. This has continuation to my last review (as i am not able to reply on the revert by Hospital). As quoted by Hospital "We made sure that you were timely referred.". i would like to confirm that there was nothing as such. Even we had waited for an hour for the refund also and no one cared about my wife's conditions. And talking about the Covid Antibody Report which came positive.. would like to ask hospital that how come the RT-PCR report came negative ??? It means there was something fishy out there. Earlier also, in Sep'2020, i was diagnosed with Typhoid (tested at Manas Hospital only). However, wen my fever was high and Oxygen Level came to 92, Dr. Naman (who was at the hospital only) asked me not to come to Hospital (it was 11 night) as i was covid infected (without any report) and doesn't came to see me at Emergency of hospital. However, the nurse who was there in Emergency was also suffering from Fever, Running Nose and her Oxygen Level was 87. If 87 Oxygen Level is OK for hospital staff, how come i was covid infected at oxygen level of 92. I was also misbehaved by a staff (reception staff) and have complained about the same to the Hospital Management earlier. Don't know after all this also, why did we choose Manas Hospital for delivery of our Baby. May be it was our back luck that we consulted in this Hospital. Even, an ex-staff of this hospital also recommended us NOT TO CONSULT there, but we didn't believed him. That was our last visit and we won't go there again and will recommend all other who can see this post NOT TO DO SO.

My journey with the manas hospital is awesome 👌. I would like to thanks Dr. Parul, Dr. Isha, all the nursing stuff and TPA dipartment. My wife was pregnant and we visited manas hospital for treatment. We meet Dr. Parul, she is so polite and explain everything.as per the condition we have to go with a c-section and I become a father of baby boy. The services provided by the hospital are great. Rooms are clean,food for the patient is good and on time, nursing stuff is always available, doctors are always available, if they are not in hospital they are available on call. In last ,TPA dipartment is very good and dedicated for there work and client. There is an issue in my policy but TPA dipartment manage this so professional that was awesome.

MUNESH YADAV(lady doctor) handled her and the way entire Operation team responded was fantastic .my wife came out of the OT with big smile on her face. After the operation they shifted her to ICU unit. head doctor of ICU AND NICU was a gentleman he was there all night monitoring health of both my wife and child a big thanks to him. In next morning they shifted my wife to ward and amazingly ward staff was so polite and very committed and professional to their job . I want to share my recent experience with Manas Hospital Noida. I went there 4 months back for my ultrasound ,and found the hospital good,so decided to deliver my baby here. I came for the first time in july and met Dr.Pallavi Bagel.She was very polite and told everything in details,even my husband was so happy as first time in the last 9 months he got so much details about me. At the day of delivery I texted doctor about my pain,she has called me back and said if she can come to the hospital.Doctor was on leave that day but was near the hospital so came for my check up. After the check up I got admitted and at the time of leaving ,she told me to text her if nobody listens to me or have anything urgent as she will come after 2 hour's. My delivery took just 14 minutes as it was a normal delivery, she talked to me all the time,and switched off the AC and fan and gave me a blanket .She was truly amazing and I am really thankful to her and the hospital. Also the TPA department is superfast,as I took the approval 2 Weeks back .I got discharged before 24 Hour's of admission. I recommended my friend ,she is living in south Delhi but coming here for the treatment and check ups. Best hospital with budget friendly. Thank you all the staff of Manas Hospital

First of all when I went to Manas Hospital my condition was very critical but I thank Dr. Naman that he not only admitted me but also gave me the possible treatment immediately so that I could be somewhat stable. I went for mallet finger treatment for my wife. Hospital staff is really good and attentive. The department for reimbursement was good but unfortunately the treating doctor orthopedist Ankit Kataria was not a competent doctor. While I was trying to discuss about the procedure, he said you don't have to think about it, that my job, "Google padh k sab doctor hi nahi ban jate". If we are suggested for some surgery, definitely we will gather information about it and want to discuss with doctor as well. He could not perform a minor finger surgery well. He could refer us to some other doctor but he waisted our one month and tried to convince that now it is ok even when x-ray film clearly indicating nothing has improved. We went to another hospital, Consulted another doctor and he explained and discussed well known methods for the required surgery and later performed it in 10 min only. Edit: It was four visits over all, First visit where we were suggested for k-wire surgery (we were agreed that it's needed as we had shown the finger previously to a nearby doctor and had an X-Ray of the fracture). Then hospitalization for a day for surgery, followed by two visits in the span of next one month.

Behavior and response of owner Mr. Manan Sharma is appreciative. However, Package system should be enhanced, so that the patient may have peace of mind after paying fee.

100 % marks to this hospital for Saving my Son's life. Our case was extremely complicated as my Son Nikhil had a near death experience. He had a necrotising intestinal perforation and had to be operated immediately to save his life. The blood supply to the intestine was damaged which was difficult to be even diagnosed so early. It was timely diagnosed and operated successfully by the expert team of Gastro surgeons. The removed part of the intestine was shown to us and it was all damaged and black. Theere were 2 major surgeries done almost 2 months apart. Nikhil is doing great. Our whole family is extremely happy and satisfied. We highly recommend Manas hospital for most genuine and cost effective treatment.

Manas hospital is like a second home. Doctors, nurses and other staff are excellent. ICU needs a little improvement. The night I was there it was full and only two male nurses. One patient was very troublesome, so nurses were busy with her most of the time. Both Dr. Naman Sharma and Maman Sharma are very caring.

Got my father’s knee surgery done from here. This review is not about the surgery but about the hotel administration. Imagine a situation that you are ready to get discharged at 3 PM but are delayed till late evening just because the hospital lift is not working. Can you imagine a hospital without a back-up lift or a ramp to take the patient down in a wheelchair? Think about an emergency situation and what could potentially happen here. And there is no one to speak to and get the ETAs as to when the issue will get fixed.

My mother was operated for a very big staghorn calculus at PushpanjaliHospital but she was still having problems and pain and the stones and pain were still present despite the operation. So she had to be reoperated at Manas Hospital . The urology surgeon at Manas is very talented , he not only oprrated but resolved all the issues.Mymother is doing very well now. Only Business were doing in Hospital.. The cleaning staff only take cares nurses and doctors talking to each other every time even they have doctors who can't see properly and shivering hands.. Consultant writes only Blood Test and Make their own money the lab technicians performs all test their own labs instead or in the name of foreign labs.... (Hospital Facilities Deserve it)
