    MOST HONEST REVIEW - (ps- I don't have cancer someone I know has it) ->i've had my good share of hospital since I was 7 and now im in my early 20's -> i will change my review when I see change In my 2yr experience here -THEY ONLY VALUE THE REPORTS FROM -THEIR LABS AND CHARGE ALMOST 50% EXTRA ON A NORMAL CBC TEST -charges extra money (asked for extra 20k on medicine of 70k) just to make it available to you that the doctors prescribe -always try to take financial benefits of the patients It is one of the good cancer hospital no doubt, but there is no sitting area, waiting area, even the security doesn't wear proper masks, not that it is something that will stop someone from taking treatment here nurses are kinda mean tbh, doctor doesn't listen to all your queries. Honestly ward boys/women are really helpful they would even take the sick to washroom,40% some nurses be always discussing home issues in bathroom while applying makeup or doing those hair of time your file reaches late, if u buy medicines off the hospital they charge extra, cafe food is 4/10 by hygiene but 3/10 on taste you can see receptionists/security sipping tea while using computer or handling files 40% of time, only 2 lifts work fine keeping in mind around 70% of patients cant talk on there own! As what ive noticed here doctors dont come out of thier cabins to see the patients if they are on stretcher they send a nurse As if patients are not the priority here but exceptions are always there, they ward boys and women's who pull the chair asks for if everything is fine. I've been coming here for 2yrs now. Doctors talk sweet but don't talk well and wont listen to all your issuea. majority of nurses are sweet and talk politely. of what i've heard there has been robberies idk what kind exactly has something to do with vehicles. soo security isn't really on point. BEING HONEST I FEEL THE VALUE OF THE SICK MATTERS IN THR BEGINNING ONLY TO THEM AND I KNOW PPL WHO VISIT THIS HOSPITAL. Conculison- Hygiene on food -4/10 Excess to drinking water - 7/10 Excess to bathroom - 3/10 Non medic Staff - 6/10 Medical staff satisfaction (eg nurses and doctors) - 4/10 Cleaniness - 5/10 ( not to ignore construction workers walking around in time of corona) Utilities eg- AC,bins,sanitizer - 6/10 -ALWAYS SEEK SECOND OPINION -LIL RUDE STAFF AND PRETENDS LIKE LIFE OF THE SICK DOESNT REALLY MATTER TO THEM ((Once a nurse OPINION -or my phone flashlight to check a patients eyes/mouth) IMPORTANT - Always think twice before signing icu forms and admission form and always check discharge summary they always try and putting legal clauses in between;

I am diagnosed with breast cancer and taking my treatment from this institute. Every Cancer specialist is sitting here. I am fighting the battle. The nursing staff is very supportive, the GD staff is very cooperative. Only thing is OPD takes lot of time. You will find cafeteria, cafe coffee day outlets as well. I need prayers from all those who get help from my contribution. In the pic me and my brother in the hospital when I was about to go for surgery.

I was worried when one of my friends was undergoing Treatment For Liver Cancer. But I am grateful to the excellent medical service provided by the Rajiv Gandhi hospital. My friend was under the best oncologist and the treatment was successful. I highly recommend this hospital for their latest medical facilities and strong team of doctors.

Visited this center on a business trip to India. I was impressed with quality of care, cleanliness and updated team. Very well-organized center which I found high international level of standards. The management was also open-minded to new treatment modalities whenever it could be of use to cancer patients. In reviews I did read about being a costly center but I could see that the cost was justified with a world class care being provided there. Will definitely recommend it!

Poorly trained support staff and nurses!! The doctors are pretty good. But the fees for appointment and tests are high. Even the private room comes to be exorbitant 13000/- plus. per day. But not worth it as the supporting staff are not well organized and professional. Nurses assigned don't take care of the patient competently and don't respond to calls. My father was a high risk patient but no oxymeter available even for the BIG PRICE we pay in availing the services.

My experience is very poor. If you are financially weak, please do not go to that hospital. You have to sold your land and property in the name of treatment. They have nothing to do with you. It is a business institutuion. Now, come to my patient. My patient, Age-33 Yrs. was suffering from cervical/spine tumor. The right hand and leg was not working from 2 weeks and he was on wheelchair when I went to the hospital. I simply told 2 things to doctor :- 1. We are financially weak. Whether the patient would again stand on his feet or not? 2. What is the cost of treatment. In turn, he stated that there is more possibility that patient will stand on his feet and become well after surgery. And the cost of treatment would be maximum 4 lakh. But, after surgery, no change in the condition of patient come up. But, the MOST SHOCKING thing came up when I consult another senior doctor in the hospital about further treatment. He explained that, once patient came on wheelchair and 48 hours are passed, there are very less possibility that the patient will recover. The diagnosis was LIEOMAYOSARCOMA.He further explained that the life expectancy of patient is very short. Means, the assurance given us earlier by doctor IC Premsagar for surgery was wrong. And finally, they prepared the bill of Rs. 6 Lakh approx. instead of projected 4 lakh. Hence, always keep remembering following thing:- 1. There is no definite treatment of cancer in India. Doctors of private hospitals either in Delhi or other place only MISGUIDES you for money. 2. If you are poor or middle income person, please do not go to private hospital. You will lost everything. 3. Go to govt. hospitals like AIIMS or other govt. hospital. 4. Do not depend on a particular doctor. This is my personal experience.

Its a good, neat and clean hospital with lot of good doctors and friendly staff. They have a lot of advanced machines, you can get all your check ups done there only.Theres lot of transparency in procedures and fee. All in all things go smooth there. Only problem is some girls working in pharmacy killing lot of time of patients in que, reluctant to work and full of attitude.

This Hospital is one of its own kind and best cancer hospital in the country. Very Hospitable and cooperative staff and doctors are also very humble and supportive. I find it very good. It is Expensive, no doubt, but with a medi-claim and medical insurance you won't find any difficulty regarding finances. May god bless every cancer patient and i wish speedy recovery to them.

Rajiv Gandhi cancer hospital is good & easily visible from normal traffic. The hospital is on the main road. The nearest metro station is Rohini West. From Rohini west you can walk for 2 or 3 min only. You should exit from gate no-2 from Rohini west metro station. The hospital is so big & so neat & clean. The security management is very good. This hospital is mainly for cancer patients. The hospital open 24 hr from Monday to Sunday. This hospital has all the facilities like vating room, canteen, Medical shop, ect in near by.

My daughter was diagnosed with mouth cancer and relying on the patient feedback, RGCIRC was the best cancer hospital we chose for medication. The experts provided the best possible care and therapy to cure this deadly disease. The team was extremely helpful and made all possible attempts to make us believe at ease. When I see my daughter healthy and happy after the treatment of Mouth cancer, I feel pleasant towards the physicians and other staff members of this hospital for their continuous endeavors.

For years, I have been asking my girlfriend to put her nasty habit of smoking to rest! She didn’t pay attention to my words until now! She was experiencing sore throat and difficulty breathing. We went to the doctor and it came out to be the initial stage of lung cancer! I immediately took her to RGCIRC. She was admitted and treatment ensued. The doctors at the hospital were able to arrest the spread and progress of the disease, just in time! She is in remission now, all thanks to the efforts of the doctors working tirelessly at RGCIRC! I am grateful to them forever!

Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. I'm still forming my view of this place. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

Being a cancer hospital their doctor should be polite and humble to the patient and their attendees and should console them but there are some doctors who are very rude to the attendees. During the appointment if they are asked any question, they get offended. I mean if someone paying you fees they are there to get satisfactory answers.

Once you enter the hospital they will put a tag on you to which category you belong. Try to take a cab and wear poor clothes. Otherwise they’ll mint out the even the last penny from you. They will admit your patient even for the smallest of things. Every doctor and staff is a scamster in the hospital. They are rude, zero sympathy for dying patients. The management, specially the women staff sitting on reception desks of doctors think of themselves as sarkari babus and behave like one too. OPD is the worst of this hospital. Avoid if you have don’t have all the time in the world to keep sitting for all day to wait for doctors who will just see you for 5 mins.

As soon as my results for blood cancer came out, my family admitted me to RGCIRC. We knew it is the best hospital in India for cancer treatment, and hundreds of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital Feedback seemed to agree. The entire staff was friendly and warm. Doctors are well experienced and compassionate. They support patients and the whole family through this difficult journey. RGCIRC maintains international standards of health care. Unlike other hospitals, RGCIRC believes in affordable healthcare for all. The surge of positive Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital Feedback provides evidence of the quality of treatment facilities available at the hospital.

Due to Negligence of specific doctor not able to perform correct Biopsy, resulted in deteriorating my father's cancer. This was very well visible to other doctors later but it was unfortunately too late. Biopsy was performed by Dr. Rajeev Kumar. Writing this to help others to not to fall in same trap. We finally got another biopsy done in Medanta where the problem was detected.

Please don't go to this hospital because it's useless hospital in Delhi NCR. Last week My father died due to careless treatment of cancer in this hospital. They will charge you huge amount of money but the treatment is not up to mark. It's only money making hospital and nothing else. Have you seen the movie Gabbar is Back - the hospital scene where dead patient treatment is going on in the movie for monetary gain same situation is happening everyday in this hospital. So Better go to AIIMS Jhajjar in gurgaon for best cancer treatment with less money

. I would like to appreciate dr. Ullas batra for dealing with patients full calm and attention. Cancer being such a big disease, patient and family need treatment as well as moral support which is provided by him. Also, he tells deep insights about the line of treatment which helps the family even more. I would strongly recommend any person having cancer issues to go and see Dr. Sumit, rest assured he will be satisfied. 2. , the staff in general wards and in overall hospital is also very friendly and responsible and help deal with the any issues timely. Such dedication to work is highly appreciated. 3. Nurses in the cabin are also very helpful and help us with the consultation in quick and seamless manner.

I feel the lower staff here is way too rude you feel like killing them, specially a guard outside Dr.A.K Dewan's office with a big moustache . I have seen him many times being rude towards senior citizens and old patients, Doctors, Nursing staff and other staff sound professional but security there and parking people are like gali chaap people, I wonder how in the world could they hire such people who spoil name of doctors and hospital.

It satisfies me to see how much the trained doctors care for the patients at this hospital. The specially built cancer treatment cell is equipped with all the latest technology machines which work wonders in treating the patients from across the world. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a hospital for cancer treatment to read Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute Feedback which is given by the patients who have been cured here.

RGCIRC has yet again proven itself as one of the best hospitals in India for cancer treatment. My father-in-law was a heavy smoker and when he got diagnosed with lung cancer, I took the responsibility of searching for the best cancer hospitals in the nation. Every search results page had the name of RGCIRC at least once which is why we took him there. The competence levels of the doctors and warm behaviour of the staff at the hospital helped our family in that emotionally trying time. Furthermore, my father-in-law is slowly regaining his health these days, all thanks to RGCIRC.

Hospital staff is very helpful n polite. You would get the best doctors and nurses out here…. It is clean and hygienic. Car parking can be a problem out here but you can park your car outside the hospital. You can find ample space to sit with your relatives outside the building. I visit here for blood donation and the staff is very polite. Donate Blood…

This doesn't needs to be called a Hospital. Its a money making machinery making money in the name of Trust. They KILLED my mother who was undergoing treatment at this place. Doctors are highly incompetent and they lack care, empathy and the most important thing "Knowledge" to be able to diagnose and treat diseases. They don't know the further course of action/treatment and just look into the pocket of Patient/ Customers. My mother was doing well and tolerating the treatments effectively. They decided to perform biopsy after few months of medication. And being a speciality centre, they failed in 2 attempts to successfully perform the biopsy process. In one such attempt, they nearly killed my mother as they punctured the lungs while performing CT guided biopsy. She had to be admitted in ICU after that. Blood came into lungs and that was the start of my mother's health degradation. When i queried, they just told me that these complications are part of process and thats what you signed in the form before the process. Is this response acceptable? For the hospital it might be just a number, but for me it was my mother and my whole life. They ruined everything. She developed breathing issues after that episode and the doctors administered another cycle of Experimental Chemotherapy which they themselves were not confident of. And that was the last. She couldn't tolerate it and collapsed in the ICU. In the ICU too, doctors were very rude. A lady doctor became baffled when i tried to question her. Why should we not question? She told me not to question her knowledge and integrity. Seeing the person who gave me birth till preparing lunchboxes for me while i used to go to office, it was heartbreaking to see her like that in bed. She whispered into my ears and hugging me before I had to consent for Ventilator support- "Beta bacha lo. Bahut taklif ho raha hai". And that was the last words I heard from my mother. Just one thought to the Doctors and the team- Fear the Almighty because you will reap as you have sown and that also in this life itself.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 and that was days before my 29th birthday. Anyway, my boyfriend advised me to choose RGCIRC for my breast cancer treatment. I took his advice and by the end of March 2019, I officially entered the state of remission. I recently had another mammography and the result was optimistic – still no sign of the cancer spreading. I guess I have to thank RGCIRC for this!

For me, Dr Vineet Talwar is the best medical oncologist in the country. He along with his team always used to tell me that I won’t ever need a surgery. They stuck to their word and used medicines with different therapies to treat my cancer. I just want to thank Dr Talwar for the new life.

One of the best hospitals in India for cancer treatment undoubtedly. Doctors from RGCIRC approach patients and diagnosis both are appreciable. My friend was operated for liver cancer treatment under his supervision in Jan 20222 and since then with regular checkups and follow ups he is fine. Dr. Shivendera Singh(GI Onco Surgery & Liver Transplant) is a very gentle, sober and helpful person. Associated staff is also kind and helpful. God Bless!

I went for treatment of my wife suffering from blood cancer. Dr. Dinesh Bhurani and his team of doctors treated well. Still treatment is going on. Dr. Rohan Halder from his team is too good and helpful. I have given 4 stars as this place is too much expensive.
