Don't opt for any vegetarian meal... ordered biryani basket, it was horrible!!! Chicken wings, chicken nuggets, chicken wrap etc, are awesome. Felt overpriced (veg options), MacDonald if far better, in same amount you can have may options. Some staff is non-responsive, ambience is fine.

Although KFC's Chicken Classic Ginger Burger meal is usually one of my favourite burgers, I was disappointed with my experience at this particular outlet. The burger itself was dry and lacked the usual flavor and texture, perhaps due to the absence of mayo or other fillings. Additionally, the French fries were served cold, which further detracted from my enjoyment of the meal. The only good thing about this outlet was its well designed interior.

Kfc has introduced their new concept called cheeza and you should definitely try it. Their smoky chicken is dope , the wraps are average. The ambience of this branch is pretty decent so you can definitely take your family along <3

Visited KFC in cp after very long time and the ambience I see now is completely changed and interiors are amazing now..sitting arrangements is sufficient and nice..kiosk machines are installed for easy order placement and payment is done quickly..cash payment is also possible..staff is good, quick service, food is also good but the only problem was the burger buns was not fresh and was soggy and wet..and lettuce was stale and sauce inside was too less because of each it was not tasty to eat.. food quality needs to be improved, burger should be fresh and items should be crispy whether veg patty or non-veg..else there is no point in enjoying KFC meals..hopefully next time I will experience something delicious.. @KFC team I will definitely show this review before ordering food there..

Seems to have been recently refurbished which gives the outlet a new look even though it's been around for quite a bit. The most visible new additions are the self service kiosks. Unlike the outlet at vasant vihar, this still had the manned counters as well, so no one was using the kiosks. The ladies washrooms were quite filthy and almost unusable. The gents, less so, even though they were virtually being used at public conveniences with people coming in off the streets. Tried the deserts for the first time, mudpie and mousse.. Not too bad

This KFC was biggest KFC that I have been ever. The menu was same as all KFC have. The staffs were polite and attentive too. It has biggest sitting spaces both ground and also at the first floor. They are also following the Covid regulations strictly too. Checkout some of the pic captured there.

Being KFC, you want the same taste as you get used to at your favourite outlet. In fact, most if not all outlets, have uniform taste and this outlet is no exception except for the fact the salt was way too much. Not sure if this is a one-off or have other's experienced this? Taste was good and the portion good. Packing is good.

Stopped at KFC store at Cannaught Place at New Delhi for dinner during our visit. Here goes the review: The store is located at a very good location with ease of access by metro and road. The restaurant has the option of self service using the digital kiosk facility. The entire ordering and payment experience was easy and simple. The order was promptly served by the staff. The restaurant has plenty of space and seating capacity.

Very nice outlet of KFC , all in one bucket was splendid. There are kiosks where you have option to scan pay and get coupon. Spacious and comfortable outlet.

Just love the Verity, the taste, the quality KFC offers. Burgers, crunchy fries and lip smacking fried chicken is just addictive. Rice bowls are worth trying as well.

This is located on main road to CP, between Kasturba Gandhi marg and Janpath Marg (Scindia house). It is a big spacious facility, has automated order machines or walk to the counter and get help from wonderful staff. Neat and clean facility although washrooms were too claustrophobic and male urinals awkwardly built - design faulty. Food was good as KFC. We tried their Biryani chicken and price v reasonable (below 200). It as bland rice and quantity just right for one person (not huge which is great). Chicken wonderful as always. All good, Management should re do the washrooms please. Recommended

Best place to come and get food here. The indoor atmosphere is too good 👍🏻. Low volume music is playing in the background so you get the vibe. In case you are an introvert you can order your food from the machine and get your food and enjoy. The walls and painting are so good that it matches the theme of KFC. Very neat and clean environment. 👌🏻

I don’t think this KFC seem to have the standard that a KFC franchise should possess…A 3rd Class food serving facility ..they serve Stale Oily, and Cold food ..Moreover they keep snacks and all like A ROAD SIDE DHABA does…I was one of victims who had the chance to get the disastrous experience of this So-called KFC restaurant situated right in the heart of DELHI..Connaught PLACE…You can easily see in pic how pathetically these snacks are placed in open…and when the order is placed they will just serve u this cold and Stale and Oily food instantly..widout proper considering the quality of food.. Plus Uneasiness in my chest due to excess of Oil in Food after getting home….PLZ KFC make your food, serving and quality uniform throughout …or BETTER CANCEL THE FRANCHISE OF THIS KFC in CONNAUGHT PLACE….Really Disappointed wid this..experience…..Looking forward to make it viral in public interest…

Best location right on the main road and ample place to sit inside. The place is huge but because of lesser crowds it is not fully functional. Service is fast but during peak hours service can get slow. Parking problems in CP. Most of the items on menu are available here.

They have different menus for counter and vending machines . They have arrogant behaviour and staff are not customer friendly. we have ordered and waited They don't take the card on the counter you have to order via vending machine and pay there through the upi and card, after a lot of struggle we went to the counter and ordered the food they have different menu dont even informed us later after the billing we come to know all this. very few people were seating and having there meal. parking and washroom was there.

This place has awesome vibe. All covid-19 safety checks and guidelines are followed. Every customer temperature check is required here Every customers hands on entrance are sanitized It has great sitting arrangements with lots of option all kind of groups, duos and loners. This place is good for kids and families, cozy restaurant with Tasty chicken served as you like. But, this place is usually crowded and there is alot of wait for orders, your orders are processed very slow, sometimes you may have to wait for even 15 to 20 minute just for a single item Process of taking order is also very slow too. They never open all of their order counters, which is very annoying when the line for order growing still there are closed counters. As you order it takes unusual time to process, as it is self service area you have to visit serving counter multiple times, no notification system for customers to take food. Food here is so-so in taste as compared to other KFC branches, the sometimes it feels their chicken misses their secret spices and tastes raw. Overall, it is good place to visit.

Yes one thing would like to say Their keosk wasn't working that day and I waited almost Half an hour to make my order . Guys you need to fix it . And Make at least 2 counters for order placing . This branch is big and has more seating. Service is good. Has parking right in front of the store. Walkable distance from shivaji stadium bus station and Rajiv chowk metro. The whole outlet is updated. Self order kiosks are placed. New seats and design. Comfortable seating than before. Very nice atmosphere. Good lighting also.

Meal for 2 which costs Rs.600/- aprrox. Veg zinger was good which can fill your empty stomach, decent quality, drinks were refreshing, finger chips as usual not good not too bad. We visited CP outlet and sufficient space.

I am really grateful and would like to appreciate special efforts taken by Chitaranjan ji, employee of this store who helped me in looking for my missing debit card which i mistanly left at the store and was thrown away with the trash. But After raising a request Chitaranjan ji came forward in helping me by digging the trash can, going beyond his duties and finally found my card... i would like to thank him and KFC staff for being so helpful.... Decent crowd and the food was really good.. Usually busy on weekends and evenings.. but the staff's are pretty helpful..overall good place to hangout and enjoy some delicious food

It seems like a cool place from outside but you get bad vibes when you enter inside. The food served here does not feel fresh and hygienic. Its not so clean too. Poor ambience as well. I prefer the burger club over it.

The AC wasn't working that good. Even the fried chicken was not that delicious as it used to be. I have particularly noticed that food quality varies from branch to branch. Not Good !!

Always crowd , most of the time seats are full because it is found at centre of cannaught place. Very lively place . KFC is always awesome.

It has some café sort of vibes to it, which seems perfect for a quick bite or even long conversation meals. They have specials on certain days of the week, which are really good at slashed prices. The place is quite spacious and clean. The place hardly seemed crowded, which along with a silent surroundings provided a nice feel while you eat.
