    Boat Club is a really famous place for boating in the capital mainly because of its location. Situated around Rajpath, Boat club boasts of beautifully laid gardens and water bodies.  There is a canal that runs parallel to the Raj Path  which has boating facility for people. There are some 20 paddle boats and 19 row boats so many people can enjoy boating at the same time. #RajpathLakeBoating

    It is kind of fun to indulge in some boating while visiting the India Gate or nearby monuments. Enjoy some ice cream too. Kids love it. Added advantage is it's location just near the entrance of Delhi Metro station. Best time is the evening, when it is cooler.

    There are 16 bridges on the entire stretch. Boating will be allowed in two canals -- one near the Krishi Bhawan and another around the Vanijya Bhawan. Stepped plazas have also been created at the India Gate precinct.
