Mechanics and staff are too cooperative. This is my advise to owner that please provide cooler or centralized Air Conditioner in workshop. Mechanics done their job in hot conditions due to weather and engine's heat.

alignment Machine is not working for a long time, i visited the service center for alignment few months ago, the machine was out of order at time and still out of order. The mechanics are good in behaviour, but the service incharge is very rude and he dosent know how to speak with customers, he totally ileterate and gawar...

space is little conjested,, keeping inmind it's a service centre , staff is good , service is setisfactory

Co-operative and Skilled Technicians, good Service Advisers, ample space for servicing but they need to improve waiting area and catering services, also one suggestion need to improve the ramp to get in the service centre

People are good here. But service bay need to increase. It takes lot of time in servicing as service bay is not using 100% bay capacity. Service manager Vikram ji manage very well. Customer care taken care very beautifully. Ask for tea & water in almost every 20-30 mins. keep smiling Vikram ji Overall feedback: Rotate service bay in optimised manner. This reduces overall service time. Discussed with Vikram ji at Tata ASC and as per him soon it will be rectified.

Staff n services are really good. Entry n exit is bit tight but everything except it really good.

If you are aware that service time is long ( 3-4 hours), then you must keep some paid beverages and snacks in waiting area.

From service point of view, they are pretty good, quick attention to customer but infrastructure for customer comfort didn't seems pleasant.
