They have abundance of awesome toys. Their great variety of good quality toys of famous brands and their friendly and polite staff will help you choose the perfect gift for your child. The drawbacks are that they might not have all of the famous toy brands and their might be very few discounts compared to amazon or flipcart. I would prefer you to go there to just check out the toys, and order it from amazon or flipcart later, this way you will know about the toy and you will save your money through discounts.

Unattentive sales staff in logix mall. they find it more enjoyable to sit and do chit chat instead of recommending gifts and toys for kids. When you ask for some product they always make a blank face as if they don't even know the products they are selling in theirstore. Highly untrained and unprofessional lazy staff..No demo of electronic toys is given its also a big drawback of hamelys..

This shop is on the third floor of Logix City Center Mall Noida. The entrance of the shop is quite attractive. Their staff are showing a demo of some of their unique toys at the entrance which attracts kids and their parents to go inside. This is a one stop shop for kids toys and games. Proper segregation of boys and girls toys and games are there inside. A variety of toys and games are there including board games, puzzles, fridgets, spinners, tricycles, musical games, water games dolls etc. At the billing counter also the last minute toys and accessories are available including the batteries. Staff are quite supportive and help customers fulfill their needs. Billing bit slow because of a single operating system. They need to improve this area. Hamleys is a perfect place to find all sort of toys and have fun. What's more? They have recently opened this amazing MIRROR MAZE. It costs you 150 bucks and then you can enter into a complete eerie space first with dim light and mirrors all around - up, down, right, left. After that you have to enter via a mirror door and you enter into an illusionary world full of changing lights and music. Find the exit while having adventure!

the staff was extremely mean, i mean in a store where a lot of kids visit, the staff should be sweet and kind but this was the worst experience. my daughter literally started crying. wont recommend going here, dlf’s hamleys is much better and bigger.

The place is good but the staff has not much knowledge of the toys , I took a Nerf gun worth 6000 and they made me choose a gun which was not so in demand and they made me change my choice by giving wrong information , not much help from store manager as well , it's not at all cool what u guys are doing , the only work.u had to assist the customers and not by cheating them with wrong information

I am happy with the after sales service as Bubble Gun of my child got some defect which is used 2 times only and in saleable condition with in 4 months and then I visited the store and after a week which they ask you for repairs they replaced the Gun. Thanks to Sachin Nagar person over there who handled my query.

Lot of collections of toys are available. Staffs are friendly and approachable.

Though Helpful staff but left Hamleys with dissatisfaction. It is unfair on Hamleys, on membership which is told to be priced at 500 but when checking out, was told that mandatory passport book also need to be taken and is separately priced at 50. It is a small amount but does not make sense or logical. I intentionally dropped the idea to take membership. Hamleys only is at loss due to these non transparent handling.

Pathetic store.. I bought their membership for 500 rupee and they committed to give a discount of 500 in the next visit on a purchase of 1000 rupee. But in the next visit, they completely dishonoured their commitment and want us to make a purchase of 2500 for a discount of 500… Highly unprofessional staff…

Had a very good experience shopping here, staffs was very polite and helpful, specially their staff Naina she helped me pick a perfect gift for my niece and even gift packed it.

Still far better than Hamleys store at DLF MALL OF INDIA. I was so disappointed when i visited MALL OF INDIA Hamleys store. The toys were old and dirty with dirt all over it. Atleast here this was not the case. Although Hamleys toys are expensive, but it is worth in quality when you get in the best condition.

Make it a point to visit once in a quarter for getting their new toys for my nephew. While a Lil heavy on pricing, still nothing seems to beat their quality and overall customer experience.

Staff there is least interested in selling anything. They were busy in chatting or over their phones. I had to call them for every toy and they were calling3 each other. Specially the boys were very reckless.

I often visit this place and buy some selected items for children. I feel very comfortable and different everytime due to cooperation of elite class staffs. My personal experience that the staff is so cooperative. The every item is wonderful. All products have a different quality. My personal experience recommend you to pls visit this place once.

Just one word - disappointing. Had nothing a collector is looking for. No action figures, beyblades, or HWs. Not even the toys that are allowed in India.
