It doesn’t have the shoppers stop standards as big cities and towns but having it in Ghaziabad means you don’t have to travel to Noida or Delhi for small things. The stock is good however the staff is not the friendliest. It depends on whom you find but seems they are all busy cracking jokes and making fun of customers amongst themselves. Shame that this is probably the only store in the world which charges for paper bags( everywhere around the world charges are only for plastic bags).

The Indian collection was fair enough and the western collection of formal suit was awesome especially the lavender ones which I saw. The whole experience was lovely enough.

Staff quality is too poor at Shoppers stop Gaur Central mall Ghaziabad. They are not polite. They are not trained enough to handle the customer. It seems that staffs are frustrated due to some internal reasons at the store. I must add , please be cautious with your personal belongings. If you missed to hold it properly. You will not able to trace and get it back.

It has become storage of low quality left over and damaged goods. It's not much crowded and i mostly find leftover pieces these days. Wish i could get better.

A complete retail outlet for clothing, shoes, handbags, perfume, watches, trolley bags. This is multi floor outlet in which Ground floor is for perfume, watches, Handbags, lingerie, make up, sleepwear and ladies suits like Biba, W , STOP. First floor has women's Western outfits, kids casuals and men's casuals . Second floor has men's formals and shoes.

They don't have plus size brands or clothes. Very few XXL. Otherwise good collection and well behaved staff

Collection is good but you might find items out of stock even under fresh arrivals category. Some counters were left unattended and we had to leave those due to absence of any personnel. Overall, a good shopping destination for current fashion accessories.

I am regular customer and loves to shop my grooming neccesities like apparel, watches, eye shades, etc. Provides a multiple choice options from multiple brands. Great place to shop.

Visited first time at SS Gaur Mall outlet 1. They wasted more than 30 mins, by creating a confusion in forcefully enrolling us for membership. Since i don’t live in Ghaziabad/India I was not interested in the subscription but first they charged us and then look more than anticipated time to cancel it. 2. I bought a mid-range maxi dress from them on 28th nov and went to return on 30th nov due to defect in clothing material/manufacturing. The staff was highly incompetent and defensive. They accused us for spoiling it intentionally and had a very derogatory tone of talking. Kept the dress, if we did not want it because it was defected with no refund. So technically had a loss of xx$ amount with nothing in return. High rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, rude staff at gaur mall outlet. Dont recommend to buy, although the collection and variety is good. Update: After raising a complain to customer service, false fully showed “that complain has been resolved”, without taking any actions.

For shopping, yes I wud never recommend. Old stock. Improper behaviour of staff. Problem in billing and they try to sell membership card without giving proper information. All in all Shoppers Stop is cheating with customer

It's a good place for shopping, but this time they don't have a good collection of leather jackets I visited 2-3 times within a month but still couldn't find it. Rest everything is good .

In a fine mall,you will get to see a shop shopppers stop,Yestrday an ugly incident happen,worst walk in shop,as we started searching tops in a category of deal,selected two units & heading for checkout,bill came out,it was way too much,they kept no discount top in category of deals,fine we accepted the bill & ready to pay MRP,two units on mrp total was less than actual billed out,they were charging 400 rs more to mrp,raising issue given a horrible response,they told one product price has increaded to 400 rs on MRP,Just now ,for the incident no one step in to look issue,manager was not at place for help us,to avoid the billing theft we walked out without buying,I would suggest look out for more options ,they try everything to make your shopping pay more than the worth

Horrible experience,Literally worst at billing counter,it was mess or cheating ,i don't know ,the total MRP of two products ,which i wanted to buy surpassed 400 rs on final billing amount,further they told this product belongs to other category & the price has increased just know ,at the billing they were doing all such cheap things, Initiated for support from floor supervisor to store manager ,no one helped,as such knowing the situation & policy they were backing out ,after wasting so much time ,we got a great shopping experience in another store Max.Won't recomend anyone for Shoppers Stop ,Gaur mall

It is in gaur mall Raj nagar, shoppers Stop has a huge space of theirs. Two floors or more I guess. Huge section for cosmetic to men's wear. They have everything.

Best place for shopping. You can find all varieties here. Ground floor is dedicated for cosmetics shoes, range of perfumes and handbags. Number of brands of clothes are available. Ethics plus western every variety is here. You can choose the best one in a couple of minutes. Same as for shoe or footwear. Really well maintained place for quick shopping. Services are also good.

Too costly and product quality is not that good I have bought more then 10 pairs of jeans and shirt from here and all of them got faded after 5-6 wash. And they gave there membership for life time but when I visited after some then they told that it's expired and you have to pay again to for membership it's for 6 moth only.

This was my first time when I had visited shoppers stop...and my experience was very very very bad....the staff was very lineant....they were working very slowly.....PC was not working due to which there was long time waiting in queue. Staff was not cooperating at all. Other then this, the products there was good and large variety was was available.

One of my worst experience, and never expected at any shopperstop store!! Disinterested and I'll mannered staff. Not ready to start billing and on asking not giving the feedback book. One by one all staff boys left the counter and to top of it the department manager Deepanshu was equally arrogant who didn't know how to behave with my 70 years old mother who was standing in queue for billing. Shameful situation but shameless staff!!!
