Cheap quality but high prices. He charged me ₹ 1500 for anti glare lens and frame 😂. I asked the prices for the same set on another shop he said he will make the same for 700-800. One lens got scratches at its maximum in just 3 months but another was in okey condition Making people fool just showing big showrooms not quality work. They do good work but do not accept their mistakes. In my case they made an incorrect lens on which they asked me to check for 2 days. I came back 5 days later stating that the problem which I was telling you on the first day is still there. They said they will change the lens suggesting a costlier lens. I agreed and ordered blue block lens. However that problem was gone but they charged me extra 350 rs for the previous incorrect lens. I clearly told them that this is unjustified. In their reply they said they have waived off my eye checking charges which was a shocker for me as this was their choice and not my request. I told them to give back my 550 rs which u charged for that defective lens. They simply refused to do so. In addition to this they started pointing out my job's service attitude about which he doesn't even know and have never experienced. I mean how unprofessional and lame excuses they give to justify their part. They think they are the best but actually this is not true. This is not the first time I got my spectacles made in Ambala but it was my first and will be my last time with these guys. Good opticians are many in Ambala Cantt, try them. To all future customers, who are still thinking of going there, please ask for charges before taking any of their service.

Quality of product is very unique and prices is very reasonable or service is very quick. I love to buy shades staff is very polite. SO I recommend to visit this store.

I got my glasses from them had a great experience with all details,benefits were described in a full detail. Had a great experience. Also it was surprisingly to find insurance for glasses with them provided by zopper insurance which was actually a saver for me ,as I sat on my glasses and got a near free replacement of the same. Which was given to me as per insurance policy.

Rating- workers 1/5 and owner 0/5 because workers of the shop know that how to talk with customer and on the other hand owner of the shop don't know how to treat customer... he just know how to earn money from customer. Product prices are higher than actual and quality is too cheap. I suggest you all that please don't visit this store it will be helpful for you. Very bad experience 👎👎

Had a great experience. Testing was done at the store. I was experiencing problem in eyes, which indeed were corrected at there end. Staff served me in a excellent way.
