    MFM team is very suppotive specialy doctor vinita manchanda . She guided me through out my pregnancy be it a deit or exercise . I realy enjoyed my antenatal session with her and i had a normal delivery . She prepared me with all the necessary information and prerequisites that actualy helped me to have a positive mindset in the hospital and i didnt panic much when labour started as i was well aware about the labour frequency . I joined her session for prenatal exercise but considering my stressful job N routine , she guided me to practise diffent yoga and meditation practices which helped me to have sound sleep and stressfree routine . Big thanks to MFM..

    MFM studio is best place for yoga during pregnancy. I joined mfm at my 7th month and gave a birth to girl child with normal delivery. Team of mfm is very supportive specially dr Vinita Manchanda. This place gave me a positive energy and friendly environment. I would like to thank Dr Vinita and wish her all the best.
