Very nice coffee especially if you are talking to a great friend. On the day i was there, i was a sunday midday meeting my sister & boyfriend for the first time and felt really elated and the time was well spent. Wonderful.

I am giving this place three stars because I had very nice coffee and buttery soft croissant. It is a place you pop in for a quick meeting maybe but there's no ambiance, art or anything unique about it. It is good that there's a bidet in the washrooms but it would be very nice if the toilet floor is dry instead of wet from the bidet water from use by other people. If you are using the Google map, the entrance is along Loita street not the back alley.

Loita Street Savannah as maintained its shine and sheen ever since it was opened about four or five years ago. It is arguably the toughest competitor to Java. Their coffee is excellent, the staff members are clean and friendly, and the other meals they serve are superb. The only issues include the lack of more branches and the relatively higher prices compared to Java.

Place is a bit rundown, the beef biriani was not nice. However My pal ordered a pizza and it was very nice.

Good place to be. Expensive compared to how it looks, juice goes for KES 400/= Wifi enabled, few attendees /waiter but friendly. I found this place to be frequented mostly by our Muslim brothers and sisters. Vantage position in town near nyayo, GPO huduma center and KCB Bank. Average in size and small table sizes, i don't think it is a good place for meetings that involve 5 or more people.

It is a nice restaurant quite accessible with a variety of other important offices nearby I had quite a bad experience though... the food! I ordered some kuku kienyeji (local or indigenous chicken or whatever you might want to call it), brown chapati, veggies and avocado smoothie. To my surprise the kuku kienyeji turned into broiler, the avocado smoothie had 90% plain yoghurt and some green colouring which tasted nothing like avocado and then the most interesting part was the billing! In simpler terms I'm not recommending my worst enemy to eat there, not a chance in hell! You better go to a no-name restaurant in city market which is barely a block away along the Koinange street and you'll have a meal of your life.

Good place to chill and have coffee.

The service was slow,considering that the place was close to empty. The waiters were only idling. Before making my order I asked if the cakes we're fresh. I was told that they weren't even a day old. But my taste buds would say otherwise. The cake was dry and close to tasteless the serving size was not worth the price. While I tried to pay using my card all machines were unresponsive. I wouldn't recommend.

I love the black forest! Amazing. Even the espresso shake is yummy, but they should increase the ice cream in their shakes to make them better. It's currently too light

Visited the lounge on the 23rd February 2016. The ambience was good but service was just too slow. You would compare it with snail mail just too slow to get orders out and even slow to request for the bill. They need to step up.

Great coffee. Good for business meetings

The place has great coffee. However, the management has let that place deteriorate. The fitout on the walls is peeling away, it could use a bit of sprucing up. The seats are wearing away on the seams. But what takes the cake for me is the presence of cockroaches, which I saw on the nooks and crannies. Twas a bad sight really, and I made a point to let the management know they need to regularly fumigate the restaurant. The coffee like I said is awesome. The waiters are courteous and the service is fast for the sort of orders made there.

Lots of space with comfortable seats on the inside. The seats at the veranda could aren't as comfortable and could do with cushions. The food is good even though it's a tad bit expensive but in the same price range as Java. The lady who served us was excellent but I guess cause it was a Sunday afternoon there weren't enough people waiting tables.

This is a very luxurious hotel. Their meals are of quality. This is a 4.5 star hotel. If you want to hold family dinner or a business meeting, I would recommend this place for you. It's really quiet and peaceful.

While staff are generally very cheerful, place has lost its earlier appeal - chipping paint on some of the walls, stains visible on floor/wall skirting, cables not well covered and quite unsightly, coffee was ok (3/5); place could do with some thorough scrubbing and some general maintenance works
