Great place to dine,,with delicious food. Have different plates

Receptionist was not properly well trained to be front desk as they stare at you like you going to do a crime especially the duty manager if not mistaken. Not a single smile from the front desk and not helpful enough when asking some request from them. Even staff from business center and concierge delivered a better service than front desk.

It's a good place to pass the evening and have a good time with friends and family

It's a quiet place, at a convenient place with minimal traffic. The services though weren't as professional as one would take quite some time before being served and again delayed billing. On the bright side, you need to have a meeting over coffee, some evening group meetings, some strategic planning that needs some peace of mind, this is the place!! They even some conference halls to accommodate bigger numbers.

Not a 24Hr town so the hotel services die down at 11PM and then resume in the morning. However, it is a norm for the town to die at night for lack of activities and resume normalcy when day comes. I love this hotel because of location, staff are friendly, they are just amazing. Keep it up Murang'a Mukawa. Would stay again.

Nice and spacious rooms, very clean

This beautiful treehouse was built on a fruit farm with serene views stretching over the tree canopies right over to Mweiga and Mt. Kenya. The accommodation in the treehouse was comfortable, clean, and very attractive with lovely artwork. Superb for a few days away from the hustle & bustle of Nairobi. Recommended for some easy cycling, hiking or just chilling as the curious ostriches lope around like models on a catwalk. Masses of stingless-bee hives dotted around the orchard, great place for nature walks with something interesting at every turn. We can't wait to go back, only 75 kms from Nairobi.

It's a huge place with many rooms but pathetic customer service, poor communication skills from the manager himself. Rooms stuffy, bathrooms not so encouraging. No food served. Not a place I would recommend to any one. I did not spend there myself because we were put off while checking out the rooms. If stranded in Muranga, check out Queens hotel Muranga. It's not on Google but it's a super clean, nice, affordable place with excellent customer care and very clean rooms

Not very bad

The food is great. With a group of friends, we did Kienyeji chicken with chips. It was worth every dime. Meeting areas are quite okay and spacious enough. It's important to note that it is more of a bar than a restaurant.
