As always Guest is absolutely amazing. The thought and care that goes the preparation if the menu is exquisite. This visit we were celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary, and Guest truly complimented the occasion. We ate from the a la carte menu on Saturday lunchtime. Please see the pictures below. UPDATE February 2023: visited on Saturday and had the 11 course degustacni menu. Impecable selection and exquisite food as always. Mr Guest is a true genius.

We went to the Guest for a business dinner. The chef and his staff provided a unique atmosphere with delicious meals! The food was so tasty that I even forgot to take photos of moste of the thing. I will definitely go back and enjoy more awesome food! Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing! We went here for an early Valentines lunch tasting menu of 11 courses. Every single ine was perfect. The waiter and waitress were awesome and explained each dish as it was served. A beautiful menu and we enjoyed every single second.

Spectacular presentation and very good food - definitely the best in Ostrava. Unassuming location and setting close to the Imperial Hotel and the shopping center. Could easily mistake this place for a an informal-casual restaurant both from the location and a quick view of the menu. However this chef and his staff very much care about the food, the service and the presentation. Significantly exceeded expectations and very fair pricing for quality. Highly recommended, will tell others and will return again!

Best resto in Ostrava! Trust me! Spent a month doing close to nothing here, looking forward to eating at Guest once a week! It is a treat, Especially for those who appreciate fine dining! French restaurant in Ostrava. Modestly decorated and the staff speaks a little english. Nice starter with a lot of steam - however the size of it - nanobread. On a Saturday evening - the first information for the customer was - we have no chicken - hmm must be some management issue. The main dish - pork - was tasty - however again - size for those really not hungry. At the end a free fudge - good one.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Ostrava! The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Ostrava. Highly recommend! Servers are also great and always friendly, efficient, happy and polite. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat well in Ostrava.

I have been a frequent visitor to Guest whenever over on business in Ostrava and meaning to leave a review! It always feels like such a treat but also so relaxing to visit the restaurant. The food is great, my personal favourite is the french onion soup which is simply delicious but that said all the dishes I have tried have been outstanding and show just how much skill and care the chef and owner, Simon has. What is also great is the personal touch he gives, making the effort to come out and see each and every table, alongside his front of house , Nora, they make a winning team. Looking forward to the next visit already!

An amazing surprise ! A very friendly personnel, beautiful presentation of the courses, a very cosy and quiet atmosphere, and of course the meals were delicious. One of the most delicious onion soup I ever had, coming from a native french ;) We will definitly visit again !
