This is a great restaurant to spend quality time with your friends and family. The food is good. The service is great and the staff is very well trained.

The atmosphere in this place is incredibly delightful; they have created a pleasant and beautiful environment. The biryani I had was exceptionally delicious. The service was excellent and remarkably fast. Without a doubt, this is the finest restaurant in Kalpetta town, offering a wonderful ambiance and delectable food. Vast parking, Good ambiance ,Elegant interior. Very good clean toilets,excellent staffs . The food is very delicious. We had fish chatti chor (rice with stirr vegetables fish fry fish curry in a earthern round pot) very delicious. Kids had curd rice, juice , squid masala all where mouthwatering..

Ambience is very good and less crowded. We ordered vegetarian food and some eggatarian food and some non vegetarian. Clearly a non veg is winner here.I liked the soup and vegetable biryani and egg biryani. You can customize spice levels for food you oreder. If you have mixed people with veg and non veg preference, thos is one of the go to place.

I reached out to Mr. Vinayan to plan a surprise anniversary celebration for my parents at the restaurant, and the entire experience was exceptional. Vinayan was incredibly accommodating and patient as we coordinated everything over the phone, despite me being abroad. On the day of the celebration, my parents were welcomed to a beautifully decorated table at a nice space in the restaurant. The staff was not only courteous but also very attentive. The food was delicious and the pricing was decent. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I'd like to thank Oshin for their excellent service, and a special shoutout to Mr. Vinayan for making the whole experience so seamless and enjoyable.

I hardly take time to write reviews but this one deserves it! My brother had been here before and it's him who recommended it specially because of the food. Here's what we ordered this time: 1. Fresh juices (watermelon, pineapple) - it was really good because of no additional sugar. 2. STARTER | Veg Spring Rolls - Honestly, there's rarely that you find spring rolls without so much oil. But here, there was hardly any oil, the sause was amazing and even the filling. 3. MAIN COURSE | Aalo Gobhi, Paneer butter masala, phulka - My mom and grandma can't have food with so much spices and that's exactly how we requested and they served. You'll almost feel home while having that meal. 4. DESSERT | Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice-cream - perfect to end the meal with. Cherry on the cake is the atmosphere and the service. Not to mention the restrooms were super clean and hygienic. P.S. My brother just said, "someone reading this might feel it's an AI generated review." 😂😉

Reduced rating for an unacceptable dining experience, issues could be easily sorted out as it wasn’t staff’s mistake. Couldn’t enjoy meal due to unfortunate incident. Hope management shall take corrective actions to wipe out the deficiencies. Appreciate their then manager , who remained polite and very cordial

House keeping was nice, our stay was comfortable with good quality food. A variety of breakfast was adimrable. Cleanliness is absolute. Good part that lobby has coffee table books on Kerala & Waynad, a good exposure to the visitors/enthusiastic travellers. Very good spa facility.
