The location shown in google is slightly off the actual place but near the forest road. Karzakan forest is nice green tree laned road. It's a nice 1 km road stretch worth taking to the Karzakan beach.The beach is small with no access to clear sand beach or water but is has nice views of sea and many boats around it. Parking is in open and ample. Worth going a place. A small fisherman shack can be used for having picnic

It's such a lovely place to go ! I love the sea here, and the 'forest' has superb green shaded spaces that resemble a forest. It's not quite a forest and it's a small area that gets crowded easily. Also, cars pass by the 'forest' strip, which....isn't ideal. Also there is litter. It doesn't feel like a forest, but as a green space, it's lovely.

Visited the Malayali famous Sumathi valavu aka Karzakan forest in Bahrain today. A green spot hidden away from the concrete city, this place indeed reminds you of the beautiful avenues of Kerala's landscapes. Why is it called Sumathi valavu? Probably because somebody in Bahrain got reminded of the haunted Sumathi valavu in Thiruvanantham District. What can you find here? 🌳About half a km long, you can enjoy the shaded kachcha road with the tall trees all above and around you. 🐦A lot of birds and insects singing and calling just as you hear in Kerala. 🌊A canal running along the side of the canopy. It is dirty though. 🏖The stretch opens the way to a beach spot. This is also a beautiful location if you go at the right time. A wonderful place to simply sit and talk. 🐟 A small pond near the beach spot which is full of small fishes and few jelly fishes. We missed this though. Our friends informed about this later. How to make this a good experience? 🌞Go either early morning or early evening, when there's not much crowd and its not too hot. Remember only 5 people can gather at a time in public places. 😱If you want the haunted feel you can go at night too! 🚶‍♂️Walk the stretch. Please don't drive it out. 🤫If you try to be quiet you will be able to enjoy the birds calling too 😷Make sure you have your masks and sanitizers. Stay safe! Amazing place in Bahrain

Don’t come with too much hope. It’s a small sea beach. Looks amazing during sunset. Has some greenery around. Can’t be called a forest but still feels good. Some sea sport activities are available

This place is a nice dish. Unfortunately, the stream that we can see is full of garbage. Plastic bottles, bags and other things - dear people, throw it in the trash cans. Let's be aware that the nature around us is beautiful, and that we must protect and respect it so that our children can also enjoy it. I love Bahrain, every hidden corner of it is beautiful. I don't throw trash where it doesn't belong.

A very interesting place to go in Bahrain. Forest in a dessert is beautiful and it leads to the beach.

A man-made forest .. it makes you feel calm and happy .. Redha Mandeel is the mastermind behind this.. started planting tree in the area 40 years ago .. one the photos shows Bahrain Artists honouring him..

Mostly locals who live near by visit this beach , you can see some birds, I either go during sunset or sunrise , it's beautiful ( see the pics)

Nice and green corridor by the beach! Needs more attention from the Authorities then the place will be a tourist attraction. Good for a walk and photography.

It was nice to be under trees and be protected from the harsh sun as we meandered down towards the beach. The odour from the stream that was full of rubbish was rather unpleasant. The playground near the beach seemed abandoned or under construction. One side of the beach was full of rubbish, a couch plus other household items but the other side looked lovely. This place has potential to be a nice seaside spot for everyone.

Recommended especially at sunset

Great wild experience for everyone looking for a small adventure. A small grills shop, park, and a beach like area at the end. Worth for small visits especially during sunset.

Beautiful place , with tall trees and grass . You will get a different kind of feeling (haunted!) . You can drive your car and go to the beach. Horse riding , cycling and fishing is very common here . Many people take evening walk or play foot at the beach . There is a small kids play place near the beach with swing , see saw etc . You will experience a very nice sunset and great for taking selfies. Small ice cream vans are there if you fancy some ice cream . In the forest you can do family photoshoots. Ideal place to go with family and friends for picnic . Good place to visit with kids .

Interesting Terrific travel place. Especially night time drive with car is different feel.For family better to visit daytime.No proper road so, drive safe and carefully.

The drive was not as projected, and except for a small boulevard where there are some trees, rest is not promising. The beach itself is small and not developed. A drain directly runs into the sea. Some covered farms and tons of construction waste everywhere. It could have been more promising.

Basically it is a beach of small part of sea of very less depth. Many sea birds can found here. Kids and even adults can enjoy there. coast is full of rocks. Bio growth of Algae can be observed. Also the major attraction of this point are long legged sea bird like Egret, Heron, Ibis, Flamingo etc standing in sea and some of then swimming on water. Some visitor also giving foods to these birds. But the some lagging side are here, mean no development, no sitting arrangements. a play land for kids can be seen but most of the swings are broken and dirty. some cemented benches can be found but broken. no public restroom, no grassy plots. we visited after few days of rainy season so some water can be seen accumulated as ponds and mud. So, the only option to lay down your mat on soil/sand ground and spend some time.

It's nice place and the view of the natural plants and trees is so amazing but there was a problem when I was searching for parking zone I couldn't find it ,so I have to park at the off road entrance zone. It worth to visit it.

This place needs proper care and protection from so many visitors and cars ! It's a lovely place to be discovered in Bahrain.
