Overall, my experience at Nando’s Kasane was fantastic. The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and vibrant atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience. Such a nice place to eat, really good service and the food is fresh and good. We waited like 20 minutes for a group of 8 people and the food was good and really yummy great experience hope this come to Montreal Canada one day

We were a big group who visited Kasane and had to have at least one meal at Nando's. The restaurant was big, spacious and seating that is well spread out. We enjoyed the lemon and herb chicken ... and loads of French fries and salad. The staff were efficient, cheerful and quick. A good time for all of us.

Had dinner with 2 half chicken meals. Food was great. The decor and atmosphere were chic and beautiful. Quite a bit of crowd during the weekend but still service was fast.

We arrived mid afternoon looking for a late lunch. They cooked our food fairly quickly and packed our food in boxes. We ate them in our van parked across the street.

Found the food to be 'ok' and nothing more, but fairly priced I guess. The servers are a bit 'hit or miss' - the one that took my order was helpful, but one of them just glared at me when I politely asked a simple question about a spoon, which wasn't very nice.

There was hardly anybody in the restaurant and it still took forty minutes for my (really small, simple) takeaway to be ready. Then the chicken was incredibly tough. Really disappointed. The chocolate milkshake was nice.

Friendly and quick working staff and absolutely delicious Caramaroela milkshakes. Was the perfect mother daughter date in years. Can't wait to go again.

Disgusting chicken and lousy service! After waiting 45 minutes for our order, the staff came to tell us disinterestedly that what we had ordered was gone and that they could not offer an alternative. We asked for and received our money back. After they saw that the drink had already been served, they came to demand that part of the money back. This I refused to pay and this discussion continued to the parking lot. To get rid of the nagging I paid for the drinks anyway. Never go here, the chicken is inedible and they don't provide service.

They always got my order wrong,I wud order Wrap with pineapple,only to get back to the hotel with no pineapple,next I ordered a burger with pineapple but still I got it with no pine,I ordered half chicken with extra sauce still no sauce.but I loved the service

Delicious chicken with individual and family sized portions. Many choices of side dishes like chips, vegetables, rice, salad and others at an affordable price. The chicken sauce comes in different flavors (lemon herb, spicy tomato, house) with a selection of medium to super Nando hot sauces. The service is quick and friendly.

Nice atmosphere and beautiful interior, staff seems to be under pressure though even with a moderate amount of customers

Nandos kasane Is a great place to eat out, has good service and ample sitting space. Nandos has a drive through service as well though I'd recommend buying in-store unless you are getting a simple quick meal like fries 🍟 as the driver through isn't any faster when ordering a heavy meal. All in all the food is great.

Nandos Kasane is perfect. If you have limited time just call ahead but if this is a break from a long drive you can order at the counter too, I'm sure you will enjoy your visit

I have always passed by Nandos Kasane everytime I am coming from Namibia Intransit to Zimbabwe via the Kazungula Border. They have never disappointed me with their Standards. Especially the traditional Quarter Chicken (Hot)and Chips, with a Salad with the Double Olives option. Keep the Nandos flag flying high there in Botswana!

What a joke. They close during lunch times, whilst the customers want lunch. One of the busy times of the day, they are closed. The staff is rude and chat and relax as if there is no rush. The food is horrible, and chicken was undercooked and bloody and buns stale.

The food is wonderful! Does take longer than your usual drive trough, but worth the wait for freshly prepared, tasty food.

We dined in with my family when we were on holiday at Cresta Mowana. The food was fresh and nice, and they are following covid protocols. But would be nice to support the system of scanning barcode of the menu with free WiFi connection for dinners to enhance usage of the system. Since we didn't have Botswana sim cards, we were dependant on WiFi for our hosts at different points in time.

No buns available. We had the choice between wraps, wraps and more wraps ... The taste was good, the chips were also nice.

It was my first time having such tender chicken breast. I was pleasantly surprised 😀 especially as there was a high demand for the food at that time. I had my first caramel milk shake. Delicious 😋

The usual afair of products available for a chain restaurant. Good quality chicken dishes avaliable and a variety of options available for all taste buds. Large seating area, friendly staff, well maintained and clean. Not to long a wait for a large order and everything was as expected

The sides menu is not correct. We asked the sides for full chicken offer but we had limited options if sides

We order Nandos in Kasane because it is one of the more consistent restaurants food wise, it is familiar and convenient as it is the only one that delivers, however, every time I order take out/request delivery, the chicken is always dry or dry AND burnt. It’s as if the messed up orders of the day are set aside for those who order take away. If I spend more than P250 on chicken, I should at least receive what has been advertised!
