We camped for 2 nights at Chobe National Park with Kalahari tours and had an excellent time. Our guide, Kennedy, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we were able to see a wide array of birds and animals thanks to his efforts. The camp was basic but comfortable and was a great experience overall. We even saw a honey badger trying to get into the food supplies at the camp! We really recommend the camping in Chobe for someone who wants to get a great feel for the national park and spend some more time around the animals.

Brilliant river cruise. Magical river safari along the Chobe River with a really nice guide. And another great land safari in the afternoon. Watching awesome wildlife... and I can see why it's been described as an elephant's paradise. Highly recommended.

I loved this safari. Our guide Sam was amazing and so knowledgeable. We did the 3 day 2 night and I highly suggest it. The food was amazing too. They made it very easy with transportation from our lodging in zambia to Botswana. Camping in the bush was very cool and we got to see a leopard right next to our camp. We saw tons of animals elephants, lions, zebra and more!

Amazing trip. 2 night camping, 3 day safari. Breathtaking from the first moment. Plenty of up close encounters, especially with the elephant. Saw 13 lion on the first day!! Wonderful staff and Kristine could not be more helpful, going above and beyond to make sure all her guests are well looked after. Our Guide and camp staff were great fun and so interesting. Accommodation and food..perfect for an authentic Bush experience. Highly recommend this company.

Cannot recommend them. We were booked on a tour that was only for 2 hours in the park and we left the park already at 4pm. Communication was really bad and they blamed our agency which did an excellent job for 10 days. They expected as well that the tour will be until 6pm. Within the 2 hours we needed to drop off someone at a Certain time in the park. Therefore it was really rushed and despite having drinks included they offered nothing to us during the tour. Itโ€™s still a 2* as the driver was good and we were lucky with what we saw for an afternoon (2-4pm). Overall, please check carefully for the times with them (3 hrs = 2 hours in the park). Otherwise I cannot recommend this company at all.

This is a great company to visit the Chobo National Park. They offered a nice breakfast to start the day with a river tour, and then a great lunch, and afternoon was the Land Cruiser driving Safari, the guide, Mr. T was exceptional, and we saw amazing animals in a variety of natural settings.

Safari just as it should be. Firstly we were taken on a wonderful boat trip to whitness the impressive african Wildlife of the Chobe Nationalpark from an aquatic perspective. Having had lunch we were invited to take Part in an overnight expedition in the midst of the african bush. The tour was organized as well as it was adventurous. Our Guide offered a lovely dinner and breakfast and made us sleep safely and well in the tents provided by Kalaharisafari. Thanks a lot for the amazing experience

Could not recommend Kalahari Tours enough, stop your search for a camping trip and just book with them! I did 2d/2n and it was perfect. Our guide Leo was excellent, and the chef MP w/soux chef Jacob prepared a menu better than many restaurants. Would recommend arranging your tour around them! Camping allowed us the time and flexibility to get farther into the park than the day drives and it was SO worth it. Also, 1000% safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler, which hopefully helps the next gal book something like this!

Everything about our 2 days, 2 nights tour was amazing. From all the animals we were able to see to the staff being accommodating and understanding. Driving through Chobe, there are no paved roads so the drive does get quite bumpy and in the early morning and evening it gets quite cold and they did provide us with blankets which was highly appreciated. Camping it max 2 per tent with each person getting their own light mattress, pillow, and bedding. Outside each tent is a water basin to wash your hands in so i recommend bringing soap along. There were 2 bathrooms behind the tents each in their own enclosure which had a hole dug and a toilet seat over it. This was so nice to not have to squat in the dark and made the experience of going in the wild less scary. On the game drives we saw so many impalas, water buffalo, giraffes, hippos, some crocs, elephants, and lions on the last day. Such a good safari time!!! Definitely recommend at least camping for one night- a must try bucket list experience

We did the 2 night 3 day Chobe camping and it was amazing. Such good value for money and would recommend multiple day tour to maximise your chances of seeing everything. Our guide OP was great, very knowledgeable and personable. He made us feel totally safe in all situations. We saw so many animals including lions hunting and eating a kill, 2 leopards, elephants, giraffe, Zebra, buffalo and loads more! The camping was great too, really good food, a shower (a bag with water overhead behind a privacy screen), a toilet (a hole with a raised loo seat), the beds were a mat on the floor and were comfy. Camping really felt like an immersive experience so I would totally recommend, we even had elephants visit next to the camp at night! Such an epic time, and would definitely recommend OP as a guide.

The woman who came to us to ask for the payment was really not trained how to talk or treat customers. She came to us and without any greating or smile said write your information here and pay me. These tours are expensive so you expect a better behavior. We were there in the October everything was dry and very few leaves on some trees so it was the best time to be shown some leoperds, but our safari guide, Kennedy, kept on showing us elephants and other animals that you can see with boat tours as well. And cross any border the same animals are in abundance, especially elephants that you can see them driving in Livingstone. Most of the times tourists were spotting the animals, since he was driving too fast. Drivers don't use radio communication to tell each other the place of the animals to give the tourists a better efficient experience. He drove us back the same rout that we entered the park so we passed the same places and animals. The three hour tour was not scheduled well. Outside of the park he was driving too fast considering it was an open vehicle that I could hardly keep my eyes open.

A just wonderful experience. We had a daytrip from Vic Falls to Chobe National Park with these guys and it was all perfectly organized. From the immigration at the border over the boot trip and the lunch to the Safari with the jeep. We saw a lot of animals and our guide George was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

We recently went on the Kalahari Safari 3 days 2 night tour in Chobe National Park, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From start to finish, the tour was incredibly well-organized and professional, with knowledgeable guides and top-notch organic accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The tour began with a pickup from our hotel, and from there, we set off on a journey through the stunning landscape of the Kalahari Desert. The drive was scenic and full of fascinating wildlife sightings, including elephants, giraffes, and a variety of antelopes. Once we arrived at the Chobe National Park, the real adventure began. The park is a vast and beautiful wilderness, full of incredible wildlife and stunning natural landscapes. We spent our days exploring the park with our knowledgeable โ€œChikaโ€, who provided a wealth of information about the local flora and fauna, as well as the history and culture of the region. Shout out also to the chef who was very pro active in preparing us food and his anticipation One of the highlights of the tour was the safari drives, which provided us with up-close encounters with some of Africa's most iconic animals. We saw herds of elephants, lions lounging in the sun, and even a leopard resting in a tree. It was truly an unforgettable experience. The accommodations on the tour were top-notch, with comfortable and well-appointed tents that provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and expertly prepared. Overall, We would highly recommend the Kalahari Safari 3 days 2 night tour in Chobe National Park to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in Botswana. The tour was incredibly well-organized, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the experience was simply breathtaking. I can't wait to return! Thank you so much also for being very flexible in arranging our transpo back to Zimbabwe. We will recommend your tour company when we arrive Australia.

My group of 5 did a boat tour on the Chobe River through Kalahari Tours, and it was incredible! Our guide, Captain David, went above and beyond in making sure we had a great experience. We were lucky to see a group of elephants crossing the river at sunset, thanks to him!

Would give six stars if possible! We had a a three days two night Safari experience, with two boatcruises and two nights in a bushcamp. Everything was perfect! Travelling with teenagers aged 12,15 and 17 and our guide Kennedy is now their big hero! Jacobs cooking eas also excellent. If anything, I could have wished for one more night in the bush, to have more time to just relax in the midst of the african Nature. Remember to bring cash for tips to the camp staff, and softdrinks or Beer if you want in the camp (wine and plenty of water included, and you get soft drinks on the boat cruise)

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in Chobe. Both the water and land safaris were amazing. We didn't expect to see such a large number of animals. Additionally, we learned a lot about nature and wildlife from our guide, Mondo. Thanks to him, we were able to spot leopards on three separate occasions, thanks to his remarkable visual and tracking skills.

I booked a three days safari with Kalahari Tours, with camping in the wild. It was my first safari and didn't know what to expect, and I went with mixed feelings. The tour starts with a boat cruise, the tour is very informative and it gives you a good chance to see all the water animals that you will not see in the game drives. After that you will meet you guide for the next 3 days. There guides have very good knowledge of the wild, and they speak fluent English. Out guide specifically (Kembo), gave us a perfect experience, he was fun and he knew how to spot animals perfectly, even from great distance. The 3 days safari ends with another boat cruise. The food they provide is not so good, but for the given circumstances they did their best. **Also remember that safari is all about luck, maybe you won't see as much as others.

We had an amazing 3 day 2 night experience. The booking and planning of our tour was very easy and flawless. During the tour, the whole staff and especially our guide were so friendly and very experienced. We learned many things about the animals we saw. The camp was great and the food amazing. Would definitely recommend!

We did the 2-day 1-night camping trip. It was amazing! Our guide, Leo, was kind, informative, patient, understanding, and knew how to find all types of wildlife. The camp was as comfortable as possible duri g the hot dry season. The meals at camp were far more than expected. Everything possible to keep us safe was done. I highly recommend this tour company. Use this company.

We had booked the 2-days-1-night tour & we absolutely loved it. Sleeping in tents in the middle of nowhere to the sound of roaring lions was truly an unforgettable experience. The food served at the camp was very delicious including a lot of fresh vegetables and it was great to see that everything was set up in a sustainable manner. Definitely recommendable!

We had a great 3 day 2 night camping safari with the best guide Lance! We saw many different animals, big groups of elefants, giraffes, lions, even a leopard and sooo much more. Any question we asked was answered by Lance, we felt like he really knew what he was doing. Also the camping experience was great, the cooks amazing, they even installed a bush shower for us. Would not hesitate to repeat this tour!

My husband and I participated in a 3-day/2-night camping tour starting on September 14. On this trip we also stayed at luxury resort hotels in Victoria Falls, Cape Town, Cairo and Dubai, but these three days at the camp were more moving and exciting than any of those experiences. Our guide, Chica, is a pro at finding animals. He found lions eating, buffalo crossing a river, elephants, the whole pride of lions trying to get at them, and many other wonderful sights. Amos and another chef (sorry I don't know his name) also did a great job making sure we were comfortable at the camp site. The all food was excellent! The camp site is perfect for a wildlife experience, with lions roaring while you sleep and elephant tracks. I would definitely recommend it!!
