Very good property and the staff was amazing. Prakash was really helpful. I stayed at the Vila and the only feedback is that both rooms should have separate entrances as well. Food was delicious though tandoori items weren't available.

I went to this place with my family including a little kid and it was absolute fun. The rooms, staff, food and other amenities are all good. Wish to stay here for a longer period next time.

Amazingly well maintained property in an equally amazing place, it's located on a hillside right next to a pine forest. If you get the right room you will wake up to beautiful birds and shining snowy peaks visible right from the balcony window. The rooms were well kept and clean and the food was satisfactory too.

Had A Vacation Here and my experience about this place is just more than perfect... Cool Environment surrounded by Nature, birds chirping in the morning and evening time... I loved it all...

I stayed at Blusalz collection binsar eco resort with my extended family. We loved the ambiance, food, and location. They also took the extra effort to cook pure jain food for my mother for breakfast and dinner, which was commendable. The staff is hospitable and courteous. I recommend this resort to everyone, especially with kids.

Rooms are comparatively small than the price . We booked Himalaya facing room above 5k room tariff but room size is small. Prices of the foods are very much expensive n quantity is very less. Complementary breakfast is very less variation. But room service is good n prompt. Property is nicely maintained.

Everything is super cool there is a small playground, a good view of Himalayas , a table tennis room and many things..

It was an amazing experience staying at Binsar Eco Resort, staff was very cooperative and hospitality was very good. It was a very good experience staying here at the resort ,Prasad - the bell boy , Pramod - the kitchen staff , Krishna - the receptionist, all very good and there service were very good. Food and service were all good.we had a very good experience .

I booked this hotel only for one night. I wish could have extended my staycation. Amazing location with breathtaking views of Himalayan range from rooms will definitely make your day. Staffs are also very polite, friendly & special thanks to Prakash. He helped us to make a choice of our mountain view room & also give a pain relief spray to my sister as it was really needed on that night. Thank you all for your kind behaviour. Highly appreciated!! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Most Worst hotels ever seen . It was reallydisgusting,no locks working in the bathroom as we are gonna sleep with open bathrooms ..like really and no maintenance. Those who are saying that good maintenance and good what ever just fraud reviews such disgusting and worst ever seen . I recommend you to stay anywhere but not here you can go to different resorts please never visit here. Those stars are just fraud not actual , don't go through those ratings just stay away from here . As it shows nice room pics and hotels and food anything is real just worst . Actually it doesn't even deserve 1 star but without giving stars it is not allowing me to post the review .

This property is so worth not visiting. This hotel in past have been known as Clarks, binsar eco resort, and one more good name. The staff and services are so poor and incompetent that they just not able to maintain this. The room booked by us was a premium room ~4k per night for 3 days. The room is so much basic with old infra, service guys forget to refill water, didn't place cups for tea/coffee, no space in room to even walk around. Though the additional bed for kids was not charged (8yrs old) but they only provide a normal 4 inch mattress to sleep. It looked like you are giving space to your helpers and not kids to sleep. We requested MMT and hotel to cut short out stay for 2 days instead of 3, since the location wasn't what we wanted. MMT agreed for the same but hotel staff denied, where we told them that we don't want refund and money can be adjusted against our other food etc. bill. Location - this is 6-7 kms away to Binsar sanctuary entry and between Kasar Devi temple and Binsar. You always have to travel ~4 kms from property to visit anything. And property itself have nothing to look forward for.

The resort is located on the highway. Beautiful location Himalayan view. Spacious rooms and all modern amenities in the rooms. The staff is helpful and supportive. Food quality and taste is awesome. One can book the resort for a perfect stay with the Himalayan view and peaceful area. Overall a beautiful location and recommended stay option in Binsar.

The view from this place is breathtaking! Very helpful staff. Good facilities plus hygiene is also well maintained. It's a great place to stay!

Pathetic Stay!! Pls dont ever go for this hotel. They have premium rooms which are worst than any cheap lodge or dharamshala which they are selling at the name of mountain view.. Renovation was going on in the hotel with full noise pollution of drill machine and also there was smell of kerosene oil. When we complaint about the same we were informed that there is no room hotel is packed later and we were told to talk to makemytrip for the same as we have booked through them but later when we informed that about uploading reviews they have shifted our rooms to lower category room with complimentary dinner. Although our experience in this hotel was worst.

Very bad experience. They refused to give the bill for our stay of 2 nights 2800 per night - breakfast not included with frequent power cuts. Construction work and noise coming in rooms. Note - they also charge for water during the stay!! Not worth going

It's a beautiful place to stay in. I love this area as is, but the spectacular location of the resort is so close to all the popular spots, best of cafes and my room overlooked the forest line which made my stay adventurous too. Must visit! The chef prepared special Kumaoni thaali for us and it was lip smacking!

It is an excellent hotel with spacious rooms well maintained. Toilets were clean. Location excellent in the middle of nature. Food was excellent and staffs were very co operative. I visited in April 2015 and again will vist in May 2016.

Not so good they say this is 3 star but don't provide any kind of any services. Even lesser star rating hotels provide better services than this hotel.

Each and every part of this hotel is so nicely designed and planned. I love how the sunlight falls in different corners of the property throughout the day and makes it a beautiful experience. Love the breakfast menu, so well curated, freshly cooked and served. Polite and kind staff. Rooms were exceptionally clean. This building is quite new and clean as well Really loved our stay there. Hotel has the great ambience and hospitality was also very welcoming and warm. Overall happy to choose Binsar eco Resort and also for sure for the future trips as well !! P.S. we got the Himalayas view from the window. It is highly recommended.

One of my best stays on this trip! Everything was perfect except for the views in rooms other than the Himalayan view ones. The other problem you can face is that you wont be getting proper wifi connection on the ground or 2nd floor (reception floor is actually 1st floor). A wifi repeater would be greatly appreciated 👍

Best resort at best location, rooms directly have adorable Himalayan view we tried other resorts all of them were overpriced..Super Manager Mr.Amir was more than energetic. Food was fresh and hygenic.overall very smooth experience

One of the best resorts that I've visited in a while. The location was awesome, service was even better and the food Oh my God! my best compliments to the head chef "Kushal" who took the charge and made mouth watering delicacies for us while we stayed there. The view had Kumaun Mountain as well as Himalayan Ranges, don't be surprised to meet the owners who are very humble and can very well make out the differences between the two and can suggest you some great spots for visiting while you're in the town. I recommend this place and would urge you all to experience to believe what I've mentioned.
