We are complaining against the owner of a restaurant called Saraswati situated in Almora Uttarakhand. We went to this Saraswati and ordered some food and were having it, this is when our cousin drank water without seeing it, our other cousin picked a mug to drink water but that water was of a dark brown colour and dirty which can cause harm to an individual's health. We went to the counter to complaint the owner about the dirty water with a low pitch we said, the water you have served is dirty he, with a high pitch and high temper said "what can I do for it, the standard of a person is not mentioned in person's forehead. If someone is standard then he/she can order mineral water if you were standard then you could have ordered mineral water", instead of accepting that I have served dirty water he was claiming that he was right. According to him *if someone who's a marginalized is fit to drink dirty water but a person with good standards will drink mineral water this is discrimination.* We would like to plea the customer court to take strict actions against him and send him to the tutorial classes where he will learn the moral values and will learn how to treat customers especially when they are females. We plea you all to take care of your health and not go to this restaurant whose owner don't treat his customers as customer and discriminate them.

Visited First time in June 2022.one of the busiest and famous restaurant in Almora due to it's popularity and the taste of food. love the taste of Thukpah and Soup.As I'm vegetarian so i have many choices for food as well as non-vegeterian. If you are in Almora or planning to visit Almora must visit once to thia restaurant.. it takes ussaly 5-10 minutes to serve you the fresh food as per your service. stuaf is so good and too much friendly. Well this is all qualities of place let's talk about cons As this is busiest restaurant so sometimes you have to wait for your chance..it usally take 15-20 minutes..

Very famous place of almora for every food lovers..varity of food such as chawmmin,momos,sweet somosas,varity of soft drink,shake,,and many types of sweets available here..nice place must visit... recomend place for every food lovers..not very high rate place..must go....

Its very hard to say anything negative about this outstanding hotel. To avoid strings of superlatives, lets say this is one of those hotels that you will really remember. Great staff, lovely guest rooms, fabulous dining, best verities of meals.

It is a good fast food center and the prices of the items is also very reasonable. Although everything is good but the bestseller of this palace is the ever so tasty THUPKA. People mostly come to this place just for the Thupkas. I myself go to this place just for the Thupka. The restaurant is very cramped but people don't seem to mind it as the tasty food makes up for the lack of space. The location is also very good just around the main market of Almora nearby mall road.

Great food quality must try thukpa . Good sweet options and black current.

This is my favorite place to dine in. Service is best, staff behavior is polite, food is delicious and cost friendly.

Mannerless staff , with no sence of hospitality..zero sence of service....they don't even know how to send packed food either.. worse experience ever.
