One of the main tourist attraction of Purulia. Beautiful hills surrounded by river and greenery everywhere. The road circles to the top, on the way one can visit the PPSP sight lower dam and upper dam both are absolutely beautiful sight. The hill top has got many resorts and hotels nearby. Though we came back the same day but a night stay would have been delightful.

If you love nature, you'd live this area of Purulia. The hill top area is bit congested and mostly because of a lot of resorts and home stays. But once you step outside it is really lovely.

The place where nature meets the soul. Ajodhya Pahar In Purulia District is a place where you can spend times by enjoying the view of the Ajodhya Ranges, the upper and lower dams, marble lake and many other places calmly far away from hustle and bustle of the chaotic city. It's a must visit place in West Bengal while looking for a weekend Destination. Preferred time is between November To March. Though it can be visited in monsoon also but it can be a little bit risky.

Beautiful place. A nice serene place in west Bengal. The time I visited there was the new year, hence it was severely over crowded. A perfect gateway for 3-4 days. Roads are clean and good in condition. Beautiful scenery Clean environment Nicely maintained Would love to visit again for a short trip.

Worth your time here, great view from hill top. I visited during November, the temperature was moderate. I didn't find any good restaurants nearby, so better plan ahead where you want to have your lunch. Apart from that i had a great experience as it was a bike trip, some roads are good, some are not. Overall experience was good.

The view point is excellent but dangerous. Pros- Mesmerizing view. Ample parking space. Good in winters. Cons- No barricade People tend to go at the edge and a big reason for major accidents.

One of the famous destinations of West Bengal, Ajodhya Hills is an extended part of the Dalma Hills and the Eastern Ghat Region. It is located in Bagmundi which is in the Purulia district of West Bengal. It attracts a lot of tourists over the years of different age. It is one of the favorite places for the nature lovers as well as for a perfect weekend getaway also. Though it can be visited at any time of the year, the best time is considered to be the winter.
