The people are kinda nice. The room is okay but more room for improvement. The room I stayed in has so much potential. Their to-go breakfast needs improvement. They need takeaway coffee cups rather than just giving you Milo and milk in sachets. The pool is not inviting; needs some cleaning. More to say but next time.

Environment clean Customer service A+ Food was good per the 2 foods namely (Banku Okro soup with tilapia and Vegetables Noodles) I chose, can't tell about others. Room service is 5cedis, which is ok. Phone etiquette (erm not too sure about that, they really need improvement on it especially the restaurant side) Hotel rooms Clean.

The facility is amazing well decorated. Their bed is very comfortable and really soft😘. With good service and tasty foods

Its ok a few things wrong There were customers smoking in their rooms so you could smell it all over the hotel. The bar ran out of beer for 2 days I had to import beer from local supermarket (worked out cheaper) But the staff were pleasant and friendly.

Nice food in the restaurant especially the Ghana Jollof rice. Perfect laundry service, Nice view with lovely birds around, amazing swimming pool with superb light system for night swimming, pool instructor is a great swimmer and an excellent life saver. The location is very close to the high way and makes travelling a lot easier as a foreigner. Ultimate hotel.. Home away from Home.. love to come back again to stay.

The security was rude and manager was not nice to us. The whole household visited there. We were about 15 to 20 in number, bought drinks and just brought our own meat to take with the drinks they didn't allow. We understood it was against their policy but begged so hard cz we didn't know. This people said no. So we all left. There is no place in ghana that's as rude as they are. We went to lodge and have fun somewhere else and that's the last time me or anyone I ever know will go there cz I will always say how bad we were treated. To think that we traveled far just to be embarrassed makes me hate myself for even going there

Their security men are well trained. Their early morning car washing is even a plus
