What a beach front? Wow! I love this place and you guys need to come have fun here too. You will love it too

Zanz is a beautiful Apartment with some morden facilities and a good surroundings near the beach, there are some interesting festival and parties celebratration with interesting people. Peace is another key.

ZanZ Beach Homes and Apartments is the perfect place for your serene getaway. The rooms are super clean,friendly and helpful staff, incredible rooftop with amazing view to host any event. A short walking distance to ZanZ Beach Front where you can enjoy a nice sea breeze along with great food and refreshing drinks. I was very happy with the hospitality, their overall services and the Manager. I will definitely be back. I forgot to mention their fried calamari is spot on.

I don’t know about the apartment, but the beach area was the most awful and traumatizing space I have ever been in While we were standing around the sitting area, a palm tree branch broke and fell between our group, breaking a ligament in the arm of a friend, as well as brazing 3 other individuals and a dog. After reluctantly refusing to take any credit for their negligence, the manager proceeds to accuse our group of not paying our bill. If you’re going here, make sure you make them trim ALL the dead branches!

I have to specify that I went to the beach bar that was part of Zanz and considering what the apartment complex looks like I was a bit disappointed that the beach bar lacked the same level of attention and care. While the beachfront itself was ok (though not good for swimming) the actually seating area looked worn down. Many of the menu option were not actually available. The limited parking was good to have, but no actual security for vehicles. With some upkeep and better staffing this could be a 5 star place, but it's not there yet.

Beautiful location for a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city of Accra!! Close enough to get to the city of Accra and far away enough to be secluded. You simply have the BEST of both worlds! Within walking distance to the beach which I'm loving! ?They have a beautiful rooftop to gather with friends and family. If you are looking for a great way to enjoy your vacation.. Look no further! The property manager-Doeh was available to receive us for a very late arrival. They have quick response times and everything you need is available onsite!

They are thieves. Made me pay twice (one through Airbnb and one physical payment) without any proper reasoning. Manager keeps changing reasons as to why I can't be paid back either. AC's in rooms too leak heavily. Left one on overnight and woke up to a pool in the middle of the room. Don't waste your time going here.

A beautiful complex. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again.

These people are thieves. Made a colleague of mine pay twice without any valid reason. Rooms too aren't any special quality. Do NOT waste your time here.

I love Zanz! The atmosphere there is relaxing and serene. You forget about the city when you get here. The beach front is even more private and has a wonderful chef! The jollof was on point! I really enjoyed it.

After relocating from another resort, Zanz management accepted our last minute reservation with open arms and demonstrated great hospitality services such as having onsite dining serves in diverse eating locations such as beachfront or rooftop. In addition, the icing on the cake was when the generator went out, the staff was very transparent on status of the power returning and provided my family complementary breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. My only problem was that I didn’t have enough time to throw a party via the rooftop!

Very nice as it's on the beach, a very relaxing vibe but lights up for a little dancing at night. Decor in the apartments are beautiful and the owner is warm and welcoming.

Changed ROMs multiple times and one thing or another ain't working in one room but works in another. Environment is conducive. Has WiFi available. Tap water is hard.

This hidden jew is wonderful. For the price it is a great value. The 2 minutes walk to the beach made my day every morning. They also own a small restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy the view while enjoying live music. The hour drive from the airport is worth every minute. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway from the bustling city. Paradise.
