We r staying in this hotel it's too good and batter service and staff is good behaviour

I booked a room for 4 people in this hotel and when we reached around 9 pm, they refused to give us a room stating that all rooms were full. Then the manager there had some humanity and helped us find another hotel but they didn't discuss about the advance we paid to Payal palace and the other hotel owner got confused. Idk what the hell is wrong with these people. I also got to know that this happens ofter with this hotel. According to me, stay away from this place!

The hotel is good and had a very nice stay but the room was a little small but toilets and room were clean...also it doesn't have restaurant so ha e to go out for tlany meals or if you're hungry!

Bast Stay In Maheshwar clean and beautiful atmosphere hotel

We had a trip planned for Omkareshwar, Maheshwar and Mandav. After paying homage at Omkareshwar, we reached Maheshwar in the evening and had a booking at Payal Palace through Agoda. The moment we entered the well-lit complex, we just loved the exterior. There was adequate parking space and there was well-manicured garden too. The reception area was beautiful and there were couches and sofas placed in an organized manner. There were three huge tables with three indoor games viz. Tic Tac Toe, Snake and Ladders and Chess beautifully embossed. We got three rooms for eight of us. They arranged for a dedicated bedding in one of the rooms. The rooms were commodious, well-lit, well-equipped and clean including the restroom. They provided extra blankets, towels and soaps and we slept off really well. The staff members were highly courteous and friendly. The charges were quite reasonable and the stay was great. There was only one challenge i.e. the storage space in form of almirah/wardrobe was not there. The DTH connection was not working due to some ongoing construction work in the proximity. It was an amazing stay for us and is highly recommended.
