Beautiful place, with equally fabulous staff. Special mention to Shivam Lot, his customer service and presence of mind are commendable. We were fasting, and when he came to know of the same, arranged, fruits, french fries and curd immediately. Narmada resort, a fantastic mesmerising stay at riverside location. This MP Tourism resort is phenomenal in every aspect. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The quality of toiletries was surprisingly good. There was a nice sit out balcony attached to the room. One could enjoy the view of the resort grounds as well as that of the Narmada River from either the balcony or the room terrace for which access was through a circular steel staircase. Resort Restaurant and dining hall were airy, spacious and had plenty of natural light and fresh air. Good ambience. Meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner were quite tasty. The staff was polite, courteous and helpful. A nice place to stay on a short visit. Where I felt one got value for his money. Do visit with your family and friends. Full mobile network connectivity. Full tarmac road. Highly recommended 💯

Resort is beautiful located. We just spend a week there. Specially I love the hygiene they maintain. It is clean and neat the staff is also so helpful. It is not so costly any one can afford the range. The food quality is also good. Just the home feeling. The swimming pool is also big. Early want to go again.

There are different categories of rooms, and all seem to be well maintained and are cleaned thoroughly every day. Some rooms open into sit outs with a charming view. In the restaurants, service is good and so is the food. Wholesome and not too spicy. Conveniently located within easy distance from the sights, ghats and temples. Quite an enjoyable stay!

We stayed in mpt Maheshwar resort and booked two suite rooms . The rooms seemed very overpriced for the quality of rooms we are getting . The room service was very poor and the resort was understaffed . For the price we paid for a suite , the amenities in the room was also very less eg the drinking water. The room service is slow and bad. Only the food was good and tasty but again the quantity prepared was so less the refilling took a lot of time . Overall an average experience . For the price you are paying , you can go for a better place

Entire family enjoyed the stay. Great location, well maintained swimming pool and it has its own small ghat area where u can enjoy narmada river view and experience. The restaurant and dining area also offers a great view of river

Visited the resort but didn’t stay because of our other plans . The resort is just at the shore of Narmada river. The resort looked well maintained and nicely kept. Should visit with family for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Vast area and lush green property. They also have a boat ride service at specific times. One could visit the resort to break the monotonous routine life and enjoy with family.

Property from outside is good But rooms are very very dirty , no cleanining dirt al over , toilet seat broken, door beds all full of dirt . Government property lacked in management. Disappointed. 4 months back also , someone complained about the services but i guess management overlooked it . May be in maheshwar we dnt gave much options that's why they are taking advantage. No fresh towels no toilet rolls , door had no protection for mosquitoes Looks like we are staying in a very bad conditioned dharamshala

Waste commode should be changed. Not properly fitted . Toilets requires renovation as per today's requirements. No bath cabin after taking bath whole toilet is wet. Rooms are nice and good. Food is good as usual MPT. Approach road should be repaired.

Stayed here during month of December 2022 with my family. Its a big property with ample open parking. The location is perfect, right on the Narmada Ghat and our stay was pleasant, we loved the dishes. You will forget your existence if you visit there.

One of the best resort I have ever seen. The location was absolutely beautiful. The resort is a beautiful place to stay with comfortable accommodations, stunning views, and great amenities. First thing the location is excellent. The rooms are well maintained and the towels are changed frequently,rooms service is done on daily basis. Garden is maintained good and excise equipment’s are good and well maintained. Restaurant is decent for Ala cart but buffet breakfast was very good. Ghats will lead to private falls that’s one more advantage of MPT Narmada Resort. Overall rating Food - 5/5 Service - 4.5/5 Location - 5/5

Manager is a big loot. Waiters are very less attention to the guests. Lack of ambience. Very costly menu items. Wifi coverage is pathetic.

While the property is at a good location, it is in deep need of maintenance. The management should oversee cleanliness. There were a lot of insects and bugs when we stayed over. This is especially harmful for people with kids. They also need to clean the rooms and premises more regularly with good products. Also for food options, they can make more effort.

Narmada resort is run by MP Toursm and is well maintained. he rooms and cottages are good and spacious and the service outstanding. The resort s located about 2 km from Maheshwar Fort on the banks of the Narmada river. While we loved the old world charm of the cottage here, the towels and linen could be maintained better - cleanliness was a bit poor... The food was tasty although not everything in the menu was available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and it was worth the money spent here.

The location and service, restaurant all are very good. The rooms are okay but lot of scope for improvement, especially the towels need to be changed frequently. They were yellow and rough. The bathroom tiles are too slippery after having bath( need a shower cubicle). Water does not heat properly, so heater needs a change. They could build a proper pathway that leads to ghat (although it is not resort property).

The resort has the best possible location in Maheshwar, and even has its own stone ghat leading down to the river. But the food is not so great. We visited in the first week of December, and there was a wedding being held in the central garden. Music kept blaring until late in the evening. The worst thing was that the staff did not set up our paid breakfast buffet in the restaurant. One waiter rudely told us that we could go join the buffet set up for the wedding guests in the garden, but when everyone protested, they brought some food upstairs for us. The management needs to take care that they manage private events well without inconveniencing guests who have paid a good price in advance for their rooms.

I would give 4 stars. The place is great, the ambience is excellent, the staff were courteous and service was appreciable. But the property seems a little old. Although they have kept some new TV sets n all, but still the bathroom looked a bit old with some stains. The food was okay, the breakfast could be done a lot better. And there were mosquitoes too

Excellent Location. Situated on the banks of river Narmada with a magnificent view. With well maintained lawns and rooms. Restaurant serves wide variety of mouth watering cuisine and timely service. Kudos to MP tourism for maintaining and promoting a good property. Highly recommended

Excellent location. Right on Ghats of Ma Narmada. We had booked 2 rooms 101 n 110. We first checked in in 101 which was typical hotel room with modern amenities. Good decor. 110 was supposedly premium room n we payed more for this room. But it so happens, only 101 of all the rooms is renovated. All other rooms are old, with oil paint smelly doors, old toilets n fittings. So it was a totally mixed feeling with regards to room. Well maintained garden, few exercise equipments in the garden. All r in good condition, probably because they are recently fitted. Restaurant is decent for Ala Cart but buffet breakfast was average. Overall a mixed feeling but still probably the best option to Maheshwar after the heritage hotel (which must be very expensive, I did not know abt it before booking). Location is very good.

The experience is surreal! Located at the banks of river Narmada the view, the vibe of this place is so peaceful. The early morning walk to the Ahilya ghat and the fort from here is not to be missed. The hotel pleasantly surprised us. Was not having very high expectations but was taken by surprise when we saw the way they have maintained the whole place. They have great staff too. Only negatives. beds were single beds joined together and not very comfortable. The staff wore shoes inside the room. Would be better if the staff delivered food or anything ordered at the door or remove footwear while entering guests' rooms.

Didn't stay there. Rooms were not bad. But the view was great. Cleanliness was not there. But narmada was flowing just behind the rooms. So good environment to stay. Location very good

Location: Excellent Location. Situate on the bank of Narmada. Bit far from noise of the main city. Anyone can easily locate the hotel by the use of sing boards placed on road. Rooms: Rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities. Kindly note here that all the amenities was worked properly but not in good conditions. Food: Food was good and served on time. Staff: Staff was very cooperative and friendly WiFi: WiFi was available only in reception area. Amusement: Swimming Pool, Swings are available and in working condition. The only best and affordable resort in Maheshwar. The location is amazing, near the Narmada Ghat and can see both beautiful sunset and sunrise while sipping tea from their restaurant. Service is great too and so is the food.

A picturesque and pleasing surrounding , walking distance from maheshwar fort & Narmada ghat MPT Narmada Resort, Maheshwar offers diffrent well-furnished rooms equipped with all modern conveniences and comforts. Went with cousins and we had a great time together at the property left late in the evening after having evening tea and paneer pakodas , didn’t stay overnight , because some of us had early work calls . The amenities offered include free breakfast, a common pool, and an on-site restaurant . Breakfast that was included in the package was available from 8am to 10am , it was light and more on the healthier side . Taste and quality was above average . During the stay, the open garden area of the cottage became my favourite space to relish my morning cup of tea with the view and afternoon leisure time around pool, spent quite some time scribbling my thoughts and felt one with nature.

Beautiful location at the bank of river Narmada. Maintenance issues were there. Even handwash was not available in common washroom. Towels and linen were not very clean.Staff was supportive but due to property being full on saturday they were taking much longer time to respond. Breakfast was just average as far as food quality was concerned.

We booked a garden view room but the provided room did not have a garden view. The manager promised to provide us 2-3 free dishes for dinner to adjust the loss but after we ordered food they adjusted only 1 dish. Apart from this everything was good.
