Insensitive, undisciplined staff. They will tell you to wait for hours and then will simply answer no to your query. The staff should learn how to behave with their patients. I will not suggest anyone to visit this hospital. Many of the 5 star reviews are fake and are generally given by the hospital staff themselves.

I have operated my eyes by lasik method By Dr. Hardia in 2011-12. My eye vision was not clear. It took only 5 minute to undergo lasik surgery. After that my eyes have wrapped for next 10-15 hours. Next day when they removed the bandage from my eyes. I have got my clear vision back. Operation was pain less. You hardly feel anything. And these days even better technology has introduced now you can operate your eyes as easy as you donate blood and walk away very same moment. No bandage no covering Just precautions for few days. So those who are planning to undergo this lasik operation No need to worry. It cost 30-40 Thousand for both the eyes if you have problem to see things from distance or it's gets blurry. This hospital is situated on Rau/ Mhao, AB road nearly 20 KM from Indore Bus/ Railway station. Well connected Via road. Always take prior appointment if you plan to visit here. Staff is good. Waiting system to meet Doctor is very pathetic. So come prepared for that. Thanks

He might be best eye surgeon in india, indeed he is but the miscommunication and management he is having there in his hospital is worse. We travelled all the way from Rajasthan to madhya pradesh (24 hours of traveling by bus+train) for my grandparents eye checkup after takinh confirmation that he will be available on Monday. After reaching there, he is saying he will try to checkup one person only as monday is the day for operations so he is always busy on monday. We already were staying in a hotel on sunday and my grandparents got foodpoising because of the spicy food .and when I told this to one of staff that they can't wait for another day as they are sick , you know what he said "to apki dikkat hai voh". Rooms which they are giving for staying in hospital have such bad facilities , no water running in toilets, no proper jet spray,no drinking water, and the food in canteen is worse. Anyways he somehow mangaged to check my grandmother but didn't checked my grandfather.me and my sister also went for checkup so we can get done our lasik operation. But we are going back with disappointment and frustation .

Best hospital and Dr PS Hardiya is world recognised specialist.If you ask for an Appointment today they will unnecessarily give date after 5-6 months. This date can be adjusted after 2-3 calls and appointment can be made in same month or in next month if you ask for urgency. Best hospital for laser treatment and specs removal. Dr uses less instruments and more experience and knowledge in treatment. Dr. P S hardia is very good person and also helps person in need and give concessions to those who cannot afford treatments.

Dr. P. S. Hardia is an absolute legend. A Guinness book record holder and a veteran of his genre. Throughout the years he has served thousands of patients with eye problems. Some people really benefited...he has cured some seriously damaged eyes. Though now his son Rajeev Hardia has taken over the mantle who is not same competent as P.S hardia. Under his tenure people are not as satisfied as under senior hardia sir. If you are lucky you can be treated under senior hardia. The normal fees is 700/- per consultancy. There are lodging facilities inside the hospital within budget starting from 100 to 1000.

Waste of time and money. This hospital is only for profit purpose .As well as we take appointment within 2 to 3 months after that we get charge of consultant fees for useless advice , lots of timepass and an inappropriate behaviour from staff .They doesn't treat you like patients, we are only customers for them ... If you want to waste your day then go ahead. Moral : NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHOTE ....

Amazing doctor P.S. Hardia is and such a humble person. Reach this destination immediately after you checkout of the INDB RLY STN. Its far 14kms to me precise. Fare an auto (₹250 approx). Get in through the main compound gate. Before you step up through the slopes, remove your shoe-wears into the girdled racks near the entrance. Write your patient's name, age, address and a phone number and leave it carefully on the counter (by the temple). Rest and come back by 8 am to get appointment. Till then have a sturdy meal. The Campus Canteen sells promising food all veg. Dr. Hardia reaches the center by 11 am, treats and feeds the 4 ostriches, prays by the entrance temple, etc. It usually takes him 2 pm to get all geared up and ready for checkups. Wait for the queues with patience. Trust me, he deserves it.
