Best eye hospital in indore! My father had undergone pterygium surgery in some other hospital and had lot of problems after that ! I heard that dr. Ravindra is one of the best surgeons of chennai therefore came to the hospital after taking treatment from him my father is very happy. The staff is very professional and give services with human touch ! Happy to get such good dr. In indore!

Pathetic Experience. Came in just for a routine eye check up through a referral. I called them and toom prior appointment for the same, wherein I was informed that there is no rush and i could get done with it quickly. Once i was done with the reading test, i was asked to wait, the period for which lasted for 2 hours because the doctor had gone out for some personal work. Though that shouldn't have been an issue if i was informed about the same, i could have walked in the next day, but such careless attitude of the staff makes you suffer. The doctor is experienced and treats you well enough, but with service - comes customer delight, which you won't get at this place. I suggest you to look out for other known doctors in Indore and avoid this place if you value your time.

I have taken my mother to this hospital. In first visit Dr. Recommended few eye drops nd asked her to change the glasses but after making all this things done nothing happened and her eye was still irritating. In second visit to same Dr. He recommended few more eye drops and again nothing happend as per the doctor their is no issue with eye. She is still facing irritation in her eye. Total - amount spent around 2000.
