I visited them last month for regular checkup and they gave me back my old report to make the new specs instead of giving me the new report which is clearly a mistake of their staff. Today i visited them again because i was having concentration problem last few days which is clear because my specs was made according to the old report. Now they are blaming me that why i didn't take their new report which i clearly remember no one told me that day and now they are giving excuse that their printer was not working and that's why they asked to take the new report from their shop downstairs which is not possible because if you can print old report you can print new one also. I told them how would I know which one is old which is new when it is not even mentioned on it and can be written manually anytime. Now what Dr. Avinash Bagzai is saying that I should have made the specs from their shop then they would have changed it. Because of their negligence now i have to pay 1400 rs again for the new glasses. Me and my family always used to visit them but now we won't. They are charging 100 rs consultation fees right now and working also like that. Will never ever visit them in future and will tell all the people who i know. Very bad service and very rude staff. Visit them only if you want trouble. Conclusion is visit them for eye checkup if you buy glasses from them otherwise don't visit them.

I got my Femto LASIK done by Dr. Harsh Mone ,he explained me all the options and procedures very well and the procedure was completely painless and took around only 20 minutes and the staff was also very helpfull and polite ,overall it was a great experience

They just want to your fee I.e. their earnings after the payment of fee they don’t care about your time in fact they love to waste your time as there is only one sitting doctor who is also engaged in operation theatre. They have waited me more than 2hours after paying the payment and did not agree to return the same as no doctor was available there after the lapse of appointment time. Sincerely unhappy with the unprofessional service this was not expected from CFS.

I am so grateful for having Dr. Mayur sir as my Eye (retina) doctor. I remember the day when I was so anxious because of the barrage laser. Even I didn't go for the laser that day. Since, I was so scared and feeling anxious. Literally I was crying but sir has helped me to overcome that fear. He was so supportive and kind during and before the procedure when I finally made my self to just go for it after somedays. He kept motivating me .Thankyou sir for your support.

Doctors are most expearinced and and other staff also good in behaviour but the receptionist are shameless , misbehaving and also irrresponsable for his duty.

This is awesome to have eye Chek up with the help of Experienced staff. The front office staff guided me very well about the process. There optometrist himanshu sir so experienced and checked we well. I went for dilation process and pcs staff explained me well. Dr sourabh sir Checked me and consulted me for LASIK. There counseling was mind blowing and wiped out my all the doubts The center manager is great person mr. Firoz sir helped me to run all through this process. And one thing I noticed there were adhering all the covid protocols. It was a great 👍experienced for me and I would prefer to my friends to go there for best eye Chek up.

The reception staff is not so great, they misguide in conducting the tests and tell you about actual reality after the payments are done. We were asked to go to Vijay nagar for performing a few tests and this was not informed beforehand. The doctors are good and knowledgeable but are somehow tagging along with the rest of the staff. The AC does not function properly either so it's tough to wait for long hours.

Well qualified doctors. We got a discount on consultation through Saifee Ambulance. A thorough checkup of the eyes was done before we could see the doctor. We had our numbers check both automatically and manually as well as our Eye Pressure checked. The wait time was very long, almost 2 hours. Overall experience was fine.
