I am writing this long review because I don't anyone to go through what I went through . I don't want to give even a single star to this hospital , This is the worst hospital. For them patient is just a money making machine and a experiment rat for their assistants. Doctor will come once a day for visit and after that your patient is under their assistant.and this assistants treat your patient like a experiment rat for their practice. On the top of that the nursing staff is very rude and noob.they don't know anything, I caught them giving wrong medicine to my dad not once but twice.one nurse gave high dose medicine to my dad thn second nurse came and she was also giving same medicine so I have to tell them this is wrong medicine.his can they take care of patients if they don't know the correct medicine. I have no words for their management , every second day they will hand over to you a lump sum amount of bill and they keep bugging you until you submit that bill you will keep getting calls from admin department their director himself will come and ask for money and if you get little late to submit the bill they will your medicine supply.This is so unhuman for a hospital no one can run away without giving their money. I lost my dad because of them even after giving lakhs of money. Please never take your patient to this hospital if you want them alive.🙏

Hospital fee is very costly and they will say doctor is available so you take appointment but when you actually go to the particular doctor you would know doctor isn’t available and you have to wait for more than hour. There is no student or any kind of discount. They wouldn’t pay any attention to you when you ask about something they just ignored it. If hospital is taking this much money at least they should be attentive to their patients. It’s like hospital is made of only to make money not treatment.

Very bad experience I felt here. If there was a minus star feature I would probably have pressed that. It is just a business hub. The staff member don't know the basic manners. how to treat patients, how to talk to them. Specially the ECG department. I have submitted there a feedback form too. But not sure if it recieved by the right person.

Re: Dr.SHOHINI SIRCAR in this hospital I had an appointment with her last month, in the hospital, first she came 1 hours late into her office. Then when I showed her my endoscopy report and told that I am from UK, she started asking where the old report is. I said it is 4 years old and I don't have with me….why you need that anyways while you can carried out your own/latest endoscopy, she started teaching me UK laws.... utter. She is over Clever, telling people about the country she might not be seen in her lifetime (basically she wasted 15 minutes in irrelevant discussion). She also didn't prescribe me the required medicine. Even told me that if this doesn't work, I can't prescribe you the further medicine/ steroid over the phone, so I asked her to be prescribe there and then which she refused.... overall, she is a person.... who exaggerate herself. Why you see a patient if can’t prescribe a full treatment. Basically, it is kind of government job, hired unprofessional. Then I visited another gastrologist who gave me a full course of prescription. I will also report to consumer complaints.

Writing this review for (Dr. Minakshi Sharma) she is the worst gynecologist we have come across, she even don't have basic etiquettes to how to talk and help an patient we have tried reaching her in emergency and in that even she said you can't call me. Don't need this kind of doctors who are just seating for the money.

If a hospitals ICU is under staffed, inefficient and run by a team of interns and attendants you can only imagine the state of the rest of the hospital. At night the whole hospital is run by just one junior doctor. He has to attend the casualty, emergencies, all the rooms and common wards. In case of extreme emergency he is not equipped to make decisions and must call consulting doctors who are just visiting staff who come once a day. Very bad hospital. The ICU care is the worst. Their visiting doctors are never around. The hospital is run by a bunch of Junior Doctors who have not even passed out of medical college yet. They are mostly all interns. Visit only if you have problems like gas, or headache or some small generic illnesses: AVOID ANY CRITICAL OR EMERGENCY CARE IN THIS HOPSITAL.

Extremely bad hospital. Specially dermatologist shikha mandloi jain who don't have manners to talk to the patients. Kindly don't go for this hospital for having such nefarious dermatologist who just care for money instead of treatment and usage of lots of crummy words to patients. Worst experience. How even this hospital can keep such an atrocious dermatologist. 1st time in life I saw such type of heartless one.

JOKE in the name of ICU. The ICU is run by a bunch of interns. Mostly everyone is clueless and treat the patient with no respect and care. In fact whole hospital is run by interns and juniors. Doctors come only once a day, make a round and then leave. Even in case of extreme emergencies the staff is clueless what to do as everyone is waiting for each other or waiting for the visiting doctor to come next day to give instructions. I brought in a healthy relative, by the time I took my relative out, she was unconscious and unresponsive and in a worse state than when she entered. Even the operation conducted was a joke. When I shared the reports with other hospitals and doctors, I was told that there was no difference in the condition pre operation and post operation. It was almost as if no operation took place. The only change was that they left some air in the brain. Decided to shift her to a better hospital for better care. Can’t believe I wasted my time and played with my relatives life by bringing her here. DEEPLY REGRET !!!

One of the worst , irresponsible and unaccountable staff specially the ICU services .Most expensive and unhygienic environment. Majority of the nursing staff is untrained and underqualified .Whole focus of hospital is on making money.

I would say this is the worst hospital I have seen in my entire life. They will cost hefty amounts unnecessarily and they are just there to loot people's hard earned money that's why good insurance companies are breaking the tie ups with them.One junior doctor was there in Dr. Pathak's opd she is the worst person I have seen in my whole life I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Pls stay from this hospital.

I think the total period of a patient lifecycle should be taken for review all thing are not good in hospital especially team who administrate might be this due to there is long arrangement but. Quality of service going poor again and again best of luck choithram might indore seen it glory of hospital again in future only few doctor left here to work remain not advisable.

A big shout out to the staff (Dr. Deepika, Dr. Rani & Dr. Samruddhi) in physiotherapy department of this hospital for helping me with 6 month old shoulder pain. Within 7-8 sessions I noticed major improvement in my condition. Their behaviour was pleasant and were soft spoken. I was always tended to immediately as soon as I would show up for my sessions (ofcourse at a pre decided time) even though at times I was late. Kudos and keep up the standards!

I am not much sure about the hospital and there management but all I can say is that I had an appointment with Dr. Minakshi Sharma she was best in her job, based on our report she directly say no for any other tests which are not necessary and also instructed not to worry about the future.

Totally develop fake report during cancer treatment and earn money from patients. I suggest don't go for cancer treatment.due to Miss direction cancer treatment, does't know about drug combination which are use treatment,doctors are only name for in hospital, I loss my family person.

We are from recruitment agency, hired Jyoti Malviya, Anchali Bhushan Khobragade and Ajay patil as nurse... When we requested for releasing payment they started making different excuses.. DONT WORK FOR THEM , THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE

Very very good experience when we went for Covid vaccination. Special mention Kabita Ma'am and others at the vaccination centre who was extremely helpful and nice with us who made us feel so comfortable. The process was absolutely hassle free. Thank you !!

This hospital has good experienced doctors and my experience with doctors in choithram hospital indore was good but i think they need more management in hospital. And it's expensive

This hospital is worse than any hospital I have seen. For a private room costing like 5 star hotel the room is absolutely unhygienic. Water keeps dripping from the tap, no hot water in room. The nursing staff doesn't attend on time. They ask us to sponge the patients. Many more negative things. I would not recommend this hospital.

General ward of this hospital is just like hell, especially the night staff. I don't know what for hospital is paying them to sleep or to take care of their patients. Unfortunately I don't know the name of nurses otherwise I would have mentioned them. Such a irresponsible staff even Govt. hospitals have 100 times better staff management. Nurses are not listening even asking for 10 times.

Doctors are good. Bus staff are very rude and specially staff of sonography lab. They doesn’t understand situation of patients.

This hospital has good experienced doctors and my experience with doctors in choithram hospital Indore was very good so I can give full 5 marks for docters but "discharge process is very bad". They took around 2.30 hours for completing discharge papers which is not appreciable and not acceptable at all. Also their worker staff are not up to the mark. Hospital lacks in management.

It's one of the good hospitals in Indore. Dr. Gaurav Gupta who has treated my friend is one of the best doctors I have came across in my life. His diagnosis of disease is outstanding and pin point. His behavior with patient is very gently,friendly and cordial.

If I compare it with Bombay then Choithram has low quality and higher rates. They are core focus is mediclaim. Nurses are far more polite, experienced and caring in bombay then choithram. Doctors are much professional in Bombay. Each and every services are better. Other than OPD. Opd is costly in Bombay but worth. They atleast show and inform each and everything here even after asking for they dnt inform better as if even nurses doesn't know what they are doing.

One of the best and named hospitals in indore situated at choithram square near regnal park . Somewhat costly but the team of Dr. are great here the best team of doctors are practicing.

This review is especially with reference to Dr. C.B Chhabra. The hospital is good I have been there many times but this time I met this doctor C.B Chhabra and it was my mistake to do that. She is very rude and don't focus on all aspects of patient. She is negligent and dictates her own terms only and does not listen to patients problems patiently. As a doctor you must be sympathetic towards the patients and their relatives. I would strongly recommend not to take any appointment with this doctor (you have many other options at choithram hospital) and appeal choithram management to look into such behaviour of doctor.

High fees Rs 700 per Visit Post covid. Beforr Covid it was only Rs 100. Better you can go to private clinic so that Doctor will pay more attention in less fees. Timings of doctors OPD attached

I had visited dr meenakshi sharma, her behaviour is so rude, she don’t know how to talk to patient , needed some advice on her prescription so I called her and instead of giving proper reply she shouted on us. Very bad experience.

Doctors are great but staff is not good and those are doing registration and payment are very slow, There should be something for that as everyone has to wait so long even you are 2nd in the queue. If Management can make such process online then it will be great.

Services- Pathetic services, just encashing upon it's past reputation, nursing staff is not good, you have to remind nurses for medication and other services, they just don't bother. Fee- they add miscellaneous charges not herd of before, like dietitian charges, nursing charges and many others.
