Very bad experience. Very costly specs. There is no return policy if there is a mistake. Not even frames are returned. Be careful while visiting, specially if you want to order a new spectacles. Much better alternatives are lenskart and coolwinks.

The decency with which the staff behaved is less to be appreciated because they told me that I have had an eye operation, yet did my eye examination at its level and took it to the doctor. Not good. I visit their for regular eye check up and in reception they told no waiting but after sometime they told us you need to wait 30mins. And when I revisit in evening they don't give the eye number receipt by giving excuse printer is not working. You should improve your service. Not good experience.

I have been a patient of this hospital since the last 3 years and specifically Dr.Deepali Fauzdar has treated me these years so far. Dr.Deepali Fauzdar is really a very much professional doctor with kind hearted behaviour,excellent skill in retina surgery and other retina related diseases, 3 years ago she has performed retina surgery for vasculitis in my eyes and since then my life has changed drastically,she is having hands of god with so much faith and commitment towards the patient. In this 3 years i have visited 40-45 times for the regular follow ups and keenly observed that she is the most reliable retina surgeon apart from her generous nature. Because of such wonderful doctors medical field is still considered as one of the most reliable,faithful and noble profession. They are really working hard to gain such extensive knowledge and skills to deliver us the most desirable results and to make us happy .we should really acknowledge such great doctors.

Horrible service. I regret placing my order of lenses with them. First, they charge more than the price you get online. Then they don’t deliver your order on time. After the order finally arrived at their store, I kept telling them I’ll pick it up myself or send someone. They insisted they’ll deliver it to my place. And then they delivered HALF of my order. Ultimately I had to pick up the rest. No professionalism. Oh and also, about the eye test. Had to wait then also. No point of taking an appointment as they’ll keep you waiting for at least an hour.

I visited here for my mom cataract surgery. Dr Raju mangalwat sir is very experienced and he did surgery very nicely. Before surgery my mom had only 5% vision through left eye. Post surgery her vision also came back. I would give 10/10 as per my experience.

Overall experience with Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital was nice. Earlier I had high myopia so decided to opt for ICL surgery. Within one week of surgery I gained clear vision and the pain is also gone. It was unprofessional. The receptionist scolded me when I asked why they need my personal email id and full address. I had to visit 5 times to get an accurate reading for the eye power. The doctor I requested for did not attend me and I was only attended by the nurse. When asked a simple question about pupil distance, they didn't know what left pupil distance and right pupil distance. They have untrained and unprofessional people working there. Avoid going there. Go to some good place instead. EDIT: I had to go 3 times because they made mistake for the first two times. EDIT: They didn't even use my correct spelling while responding. No contact no is working. . really said to say that such a big hospital chain is lacking on in marketing communication.also there is very limited drs you have to wait for 2 to 4hrs amd no one tell about the when opd will strat?? Or sr see the patient .my reccomondation is befor going pleaae confirem the timing as reception there will be no crouwd but when they take money 300 and sens on 2nd floor .there are already patients are waiting since 2 to 3 hors ...they dont care about the patient. Also there will be i think only one dr .see the patient ....thats why it takes lot of time. And patient had to wait for long. ..its better to go qith any opthomologist instead vinayak netralay or agrwal eye clinic ?

From the moment of reporting to the front desk to the initial checkups to the waiting period for the pupils to be dilated to the actual checkup by the specialist was so well coordinated that I actually realized that I was in a world-class setup. Dr. Deepali Fauzdar is a very learned and gentle doctor. The thoroughness with which she did all the checkup gave me confidence that I was in the right hands. Ample parking space and an on-site optician adds to the value. Highly recommended.

Had to wait for more than an hour unnecessarily even after booking an appointment and clarifying the lunch time that too on a working day. The doctor arrived 1 hour late after the lunch time. Staff was busy watching videos with earphones plugged in and was not responding. Did not expect such an experience

I have visited both Annapurna branch and old Palasia brach. Both have very good service and there is no rush. Although there are more facilities and doctors at old Palasia because it is their main branch.
