The
worst
hospital
I've
ever
seen
in
my
life.
My
mother
suffered
a
lot
because
of
this
hospital.
I
had
admitted
her
in
the
ICU
of
this
hospital
on
March
8,
2019
at
10:30pm,
she
was
suffering
from
pneumonia,
both
of
her
lungs
were
badly
swelled.
In
short
she
was
in
critical
condition.
And
should've
been
taken
care
of
immediately
(At
this
time
there
only
my
cousin
brother
was
with
me).
The
ICU
of
this
hospital
is
totally
a
mess.
Doctors,
nurses
and
other
staff
were
chatting
and
giggling
over
there
and
it
looked
like
a
24/7
club.
Doctor
who
was
appointed
by
the
hospital
to
further
investigate
her
condition
came
at
11-11:30.
But
the
management
didn't
even
inform
us
to
meet
him.
Only
the
incharge
of
ICU
was
talking
to
us
and
he
was
very
ill-mannered.
It
was
very
disheartening
to
see
that
such
a
reputed
hospital
of
Indore
was
in
such
a
condition
when
we
needed
it
the
most.
In
the
morning
we
met
the
doctor,
he
said
he
came
in
the
night
also
but
the
COMMUNICATION
SYSTEM
AND
MANAGEMENT
of
the
hospital
is
weak
and
hence
he
couldn't
meet
us.
But
to
be
truthful,
we
didn't
see
him
there
at
all,
we
were
sitting
near
the
gate
only.
Doctor
blamed
the
hospital
communication
system
but
at
2am
in
the
night
they
called
us
to
pay
the
medicine
bills
because
they
directly
ordered
it
from
the
hospital
pharmacy
without
even
asking
us.
There
is
no
sincerity
and
professionalism
in
this
hospital
towards
treatment
of
the
patient
but
they
are
too
concerned
about
the
timely
payment
of
their
bills.
In
the
morning
when
we
decided
to
shift
her
to
Bombay
hospital,
Indore,
they
refused
to
give
ambulance
facility
and
said
"wo
aapko
jaha
shift
karna
hai
waha
se
bulwao
hum
nhi
denge".
But
in
the
hospital
there
is
a
notice
board
with
the
heading
"Patients
rights"
written
in
bold
letters.
I
read
a
point
which
clearly
says
that
a
patient
can
access
emergency
services
(At
this
time
my
mother
was
on
ventilator),
I
think
that
was
an
emergency
indeed.
So
we
arranged
the
ambulance
from
Bombay
hospital.
Further
they
said
we
have
to
complete
all
the
formalities
(which
takes
minimum
1
hour)
unless
and
until
that's
not
done,
they
won't
release
the
patient
(even
in
critical
condition).
Bombay
hospital's
ambulance
came
there
in
15-20
mins
but
waited
outside
the
Greater
Kailash
hospital
because
of
their
so
called
"FORMALITIES"
were
not
completed
yet.
This
wasted
a
lot
of
our
time
and
caused
a
huge
inconvenience
to
my
mother.
Their
FORMALITIES
includes
to
made
me
to
write
a
letter
to
taken
the
responsibility
of
the
condition
of
my
mother,
I
had
wrote
this
letter
with
very
hard
feelings
so
I
think
they
should
have
already
keep
this
letter
of
responsibility
in
computer
typed
form
and
ask
only
for
signature
of
the
family
member
of
patient.
Not
only
feelings
but
this
facility
can
reduce
the
time
going
to
be
waste
in
writing
in
emergency.
Hardly
12
hours
my
mom
was
admitted
in
this
hospital
and
they
gave
a
bill
of
35,000(hospital
bill)+10,000(medicine
provided
by
their
own
pharmacy)=45,000.
When
we
checked
with
the
pharmacy,
they
added
oxygen
mask,
tube,
fillters
and
other
equipments
so
we
asked
them
to
give
us
all
those
things
added
in
the
bill
but
they
refused
to
give.
After
an
ugly
fight
they
got
ready
to
give
those
equipments.
So
the
point
behind
sharing
my
experience
with
this
hospital
was
to
make
everyone
else
aware
of
the
kind
of
treatment
I
received.
I
really
hope
that
the
concerned
authorities
will
take
action
against
this
hospital
so
that
no
other
patient
in
need
suffers
a
fate
like
this.
Now
a
days
providing
medical
facilities
has
become
a
business,
they
should
be
more
concerned
about
the
patient
instead
of
making
money.
I
think
everyone
should
take
a
note
of
this
and
spread
awareness
